Steve Mendez was nothing short of amazing. We rode in from San Diego and he was very accommodating letting us store our bags and purchases so we could go touring San Francisco. Very friendly sales and clothing staff. Although they have a small footprint with almost no customer parking, they made sure we were comfortable and safe.

30 years with Harley and this is the most difficult location to work with.GO TO SAN JOSE HARLEY INSTEAD.My family, including my son and my wife and myself have all purchased Harleys from the previous dealership in South City. What a great experience. They treated us like gold, as they should with spending this type of investment.When the dealership switch to the Mission, it went down the tubes. There is no consideration for long term clients who continue to support Harley. The staff, including Garret in parts, Anthony sales manager and Brett in sales, who has since moved away, have all been anything but helpful.My most recent transaction with this dealership was May 2021.Yes, they are all peaches and cream when you spend money, but when there is an issue with the bikes, they seem to not care about throwing in a nickel or dime to assist the customer when they spent thousands at the dealership.I have since moved on to working with San Jose Harley. It may be an hour away, but the service is 100% and the dealership is 5 times or more the size.GO TO SAN JOSE HARLEY INSTEAD.

Bought a bike here 2 months ago. So far these guys have been great. Gave me a great deal on my trade in. Just got the 1000 mile break-in service done in their Service Department. Everyone throughout is extra cool. Highly recommend.

Walking along the sidewalk on Valencia Street, saw a woman who appeared to be an employee unwrap a Clif bar and just casually toss the wrapper on the ground. A trash can was a 5 second walk away. I know this because I picked up the wrapper for her and threw it away.I understand the Mission is dirty and a lot of people litter. Adding to it is not what a local business should be striving to do. Maybe this person wasnt an employee, but she walked in the garage side of the store, and she doesnt look like much of a rider. If she was an employee, doesnt say much for the level of concern employees would have for my bike! Havent taken it in to this location yet, and dont think Im going to now.

What an embarrassment. Yesterday, I was invited by Steve/Steven to check out and test ride the Pan America at 3 pm today. I planned my day, closed my work and got there, to hear that they have only one bike and it’s not for test rides.Even worse, I had invited my buddy too to check the bike out.Clearly customer satisfaction is not in their radar . Also they don’t mind embarrassing and wasting a potential buyer time. Even after showing/expressing disappointment.( can’t attach voice recordings here )

Went in today to buy a t-shirt for my husband... Its a tradition everywhere I travel to I buy him a t-shirt from the local Harley dealer... However almost every dealer I go into the sales people very rarely approach me or speak to me...Not only did the wonderful gentleman that work there approach me and speak to me they also went above and beyond by searching their stock for the t-shirt that I wanted because his size was not on the shelf... And then offered to mail it to me when they got one in... But also gave me great ideas of things to do while in San Francisco that I didnt know existed and were extremely helpful with the covid restrictions of what is still closed and what is now open.... Wonderful experience!! if I ever win the lottery Ill buy a bike from there and ride it home to Ohio lol 😆

Bought a Street500 my first harley this month. I was waiting to own a harley davidson motorcycle since i was a kid. Finally i bought my dream bike.Me and my wife decided to buy a motorcycle from san jose harley davidson, we both had no idea how to explore and what to look in for a motorcyle to buy. Thare we met joseph(sales rep), he helped us alot answering our questions and he give his suggestions and we all decided and picked Street500, which i am very thankful to Joe for his help and i love this motorcycle. But the after sales experience chipped away a part of my excitement.I send an email to the Gen Manager Fank and explain him everything about my experience and i give 0 reviews on their feedback after sales email. Instead of listening and understanding my complain, his only conern is why i give negative review and he justify it that he bought everyone pizza the other day when i was there to buy my new motorcycle. Thanks for your pizza. I am still waiting for someone to respond to my email which i send to frank costa a month ago.Very unprofessional management and team👎🏽

We were in SF after the concert we went to and wanted to go to Dudley Perkins HD because of nostalgia of Dudley Perkins being the oldest dealership of Harley Davidson, to find out that it had changed hands five months before, however they have tons of Dudley Perkins memorabilia everywhere and one of the workers there informed us that Chris Perkins had a website for DP clothes and memorabilia, still a great place to visit and get a great deal on hd motorcycles and motorclothes.

Gave good advice in service and got me the parts I needed. Will be going back for more parts.

Jack in Service rocks. My friend and I needed to put some hwy pegs on our bikes from Eagle Rider. Jack went ot of his way to help us with the tools. Parts sold me some pegs for 40 bucks! Amazing!

A couple days after purchase, bike battery was dead, oil already needed to be replaced, TWO MONTHS after my purchase- was asked to do a VIN verification at the DMV on my own time due to their hiccup, my temp tags/plate have now expired with z e r o update(s), and I also still havent gotten an update on the replacement tank I ordered three months ago although someone told me it was shipped weeks ago.Quite frankly I wish I never did business with them..I dont regret much, but I do regret getting my bike here.

Drove all the way down to the city from north of Petaluma with a part that I had bought from them earlier in the week. They said I could return in on the phone and I walked in and they wouldn’t allow me to return a part that was never installed. What a joke of a dealership.

1,650.00 F&B tires, and bike has been and still is at time of this review. Since Oct.30 2020, 3fluid flush, which i had just done while waiting almost a whole month for the appointment. Come the morning if the appointment Nobody showed to pick up my bike 2pm rolls around and i get a call asking if i still need a tow. Naw i said “ill manage to get it there “ cause i really didnt want to ride it and mess things up anymore than needed because i had just bought from someone that said its been sitting ina garage for a min. So a 3 flush and bakes needed to be done and some minor work . Fine but 1,650.00 for new tires and all this time ...,. Come on or ami missing something ...,if so please feel free to clue me in please. Compliantly Satisfied

Solid chain of command with kind and respectful sales reps like Jessie and Ozzie, The boss Sunny who oversees but isnt overbearing, just chill. Expect an easy experience with sophisticated and professional employees who go out of there way to show respect and do good business in order to win your trust. They have mine now.

Just a reminder sold as is literally means sold as is. Ive received the run around for the last few months on a recent purchase and still have not received my used bike! I am extremely unsatisfied with the miscommunication and in the place I am with the deal, im making payments without taking delivery of my purchase. IMO take your purchase over to Concord dealership

They really take care of their customers. My bike had been in the shop for some weird electrical issues following a frame swap. They spent a lot of time trying to locate the issue and didn’t charge me a dime. The bike runs great now. Ask for Sammy. He’s the best. Thanks guys!

No better place in SF to get a bike

Great place, one of the oldest Harley Davidson dealers in the nation. Its loaded with history, friendly staff and great customer service. I met the owner and GM they couldnt have been nicer. They have a great selection of new bikes on the floor and competitive prices. I am definitely going back for my next harley.

This is my favorite Harley-Davidson dealership in the Bay area. The staff here are not pushy but theyre very happy to help you when you have any questions and let you sit on bikes. emphasis on they are not pushy when you go to other dealerships like down in San Jose theyre trying to sell you bikes no matter what even though you tell him you just looking for the day. It seems like the staff at this location to pick up on social cues a lot better in overall are better staff.

This dealer is a first class act... they treated me like family. Nice people. Only been there one time since the new owner took over .and when I went there didnt have part I needed ..I was told they would order but took to long to get it it. I really thought for sure they would have it. Really no clutch cable for a fxr.Wow ok. So I went somewhere else go it that day and paid less for it.. . I love going to this place very nice people. I love the smell of the wooden floor and clean. One of the things keeps me come back here for business is they have this every $50 purchase youll getting a points or stamp and if you have like 6 or 8 of that you getting a $50 to spend in the store. But now a new management they took it off. Still a nice place to go just for to look around and check whats new. Also now they have in the showroom some custom made and trick out bikes. I’m sorry... I’m not a fan! Every Harley-Davidson shop I visit seems to employ some of the most inconsiderate and pompous people I’ve ever met! Nobody acted like they wanted to assist me with what I was looking for... apparently, this store doesn’t like making money! 😡Okay. Ladies and gentlemen: I was actually called by the General Manager, Jason Butler, about the behavior of his employees with regards to my treatment...That says a whole helluva lot about that place of business. I can only say that I’m humbled by his courtesy and amazed by his professionalism. As a result, I WILL be shopping at this place of business again.

On a tour with a group of Harley Riders from LA to Seattle. My bike broke down and called this dealer. I was given a number for a tow. The company never returned my call. An hour later, I called HOG and they got me towed to this facility. The service guy I dealt with was very nice but they could not even look at my bike for a minute for any possible diagnosis. No one could look at it for at least a week. I explained I was on a tour with home being NJ. No luck. I arranged to have a trucking company pick it up on a Sunday. This Dealer charged me $150 for storage.I rented a car and caught up to my group. No assistance at all.The Harley Dealer Network could use some training.

Rented a bike to get a cruise in while on our family trip from Australia. I had an awesome ride and Alan and the guys were great -giving advice on where to go, dealing with the paperwork and picking up and dropping me off. The experience made the holiday and I hope to do it again -like all good things, just for longer next time!!..

Its a very nice building. The show room is beautiful and theres a good selection of parts and bikes. The service team however, is a bit rude. Theyre not welcoming and act like they dont want to be there. They dont say thank you or even say youre welcome.

Great place thought it was a museum no one pressured me annoyingly into anything which was nice for a change and everyone was super helpful spent a few hours talking and learning about the bikes which was also great narrowed it down to 2 bikes will definitely be the location for my first Harley

I live in Alberta, Canada. A part I cannot get here was put aside for me as we were flying into SFO for a vacation. Picked the item up without a second thought until we flew back home. I discovered then, the wrong part was given to me. The correct one cannot be sent across the border, so after contacting them, the parts manager, Brad, said to ship it back and he will ship the correct one to a UPS store in MT, as I will be on a ride that way and will pick it up there.When I arrived at the store, the staff were friendly and the place was immaculate. The dealing with the aftermath of the mistake(I wont fault them entirely as I should have asked) and how helpful Brad is being, is going above and beyond. This is the standard to which all Harley dealerships should strive to be.Cannot tell you about the service department, though I will venture a guess the same standards apply.

4 1/2 hrs for a front tire change WITH an appointment!?!? I saw 5 other bikes roll out but not mine. When I finally got my bike back and left, one of the front brakes was not attached properly. I sent 2 emails and heard nothing back, not until I called them I got a call back and they acted like they did nothing wrong.I guess I take my 30 k somewhere els to buy my next bike!
