The staff is friendly and the gents are easy on the eyes. The coffee is crack and spot on point
Rapha clubhouse in san fran exceeded my expectations. Bought 2 kits from them they give 20 percent off when you buy shorts and a jersey. Raphas clothing is second to none iv tried them all none provide the comfort, quality and performance all in one short. I will be back thank you Marcelo for your great help
Cool people. Cool stuff for cyclists.
I’ve started many epic rides from this location- they used to have an awesome ride leader that was great with keeping the group together. They always have the latest Rapha clothing. And if I drank coffee ... it would be a good place to stop and chill while emptying my wallet. In the past they hosted watching parties for major cycling Tours. Which was great fun
Great fitting cycling attires, friendly and helpful staff, tasty coffee!
Very nice place and the staff are great!! Very helpful! will come back again! More power to Rapha San Francisco! Cheers!!
Cool staffs, super friendly, and helpful with my jersey and bib short purchase. Good coffee too!!!
Rapha is a top level cycling clothing and accessories store with above average customer service. I had previously just dealt with them online, but having the clubhouse right here in San Fran is amazing try on the clothes or grab a coffee and just chill. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly not pushy at all. If you are a cyclist and have not experienced Rapha I feel like you are missing something!
Awesome spot! Great coffee and roomy tables if you want to sit and hang out for awhile. Great cycling clothing, superior customer service, and a nice atmosphere. If you go up the stairs behind the coffee station there is also some places to sit and work or whatever you want to do. They had the Tour de France playing when I went in which was really cool to hang out and watch. They always have lots of sizes not on the floor, so always ask for a size if you don’t see it!
Great bike shop in the Marina. Good selection of cycling apparel, and also casual wear (t shirts, sweaters, pants, shorts, etc). They have an espresso bar and pastries too. They host events here frequently. Parklet outside is a great place to hang out especially on warm days. There are other Rapha locations around the world. My second favorite is the London location.
Incredibly helpful. The staff took the time to find me what I needed, but it was well laid out anyway so I didnt need much help. Also the couch was super comfy! And they have good espresso and granola :)
This is a cycling club that mostly sells bike apparel. They also have a good coffee with latte art! They organize many group rides and offer high end bike wear. The staff was friendly and coffee was good!
While Rapha is expensive, the quality of their products is outstanding and well worth the value, especially if you can get an item on sale. Some of the staff is not always the friendliest. They arent rude, but just dont seem to care. They did switch to Verve coffee recently was a nice upgrade.
First of the products at the shop, pretty costly but one of the best materials I have ever seen used for apparels. The quality of fabric and attention to detail is amazing. I have over time switched to only buying this brand. (Sometimes waiting for sales on items that are really nice or stocking up items during sales)The shop itself sometimes felt not the best experience in terms of customer service, the staff, at least some of them have a lot of attitude and dont seem very customer friendly sometimes. Too bad that they arent matching the level of their products it would be so much better if they did.
Quality is top notch, for everything Ive bought here and even counting online purchases. It will be among one my first brands to choose from in terms of biking needs. However, some in-store reps seems to be half as friendly and patient compared to most bike shops. It might feel weird being served like they are the customer and you are their customer service. If ever overheads could look into staff altitude to matches the productss great quality, that would be a more convincing sell.Others; Open Sunday ride events seem great for an in-shape flock or a useful comparison for those to find your own leveled groups to start from if you couldnt quite keep up with these lovely guys and gals.
They dont offer hand sanitizer before you walk in the store, youre not allowed to touch anything and only two people at a time. Was waiting for 30 minutes on a weekday afternoon, the customer and clerk felt no sense of urgency.. they kept chatting and laughing while us people outside in the line were under the sun... will never shop here again.
Bicycle clothes that will make you feel like a million bucks. Great coffee, friendly staff, and fun group rides.
Poor customer service. Great coffee. Could be much much better.
Awesome service, awesome quality clothing and supplies. we will be back. Christian helped us and was very knowledgeable and friendly
Staff was really friendly and helped me find exactly what I needed. They even helped me setup a sewing repair which was completely unexpected and awesome.
Amazing cycling gear and even better coffee! Hands down the best coffee in town!
Great store, great coffee, and I do love the merchandise - pricey but you get what you pay for. The organized rides are fun, good people.
Great cycling store, great great but a little pricey. The quality us outstanding though. Has a little cafe and seating inside. Bikes are parked inside too.
Great store and quality of the products but not many things were available though.
A fantastic if yet high end clothing store with a coffee shop and group rides and events. There are also television of live and taped cycling races.
Barista is meh not very friendly. But the store is very clean. Nice place to get some work done.
Nice retail space. Barrista was very friendly. Great latte
An institution. Watching Paris-Roubaix at 7 am on a Sunday... it’s like going to church! As unpretentious and welcoming as you could hope for, great coffee, helpful recommendations, and for an out-of-towner stuck at a conference all week without his bikes or his kits, it was just the cycling fix I needed. Not to mention a Maria Olsson fashion celebrity sighting!
Visited this store as Im on holiday in the US from the UK and I own numerous Rapha items so I am familiar with the brand and the quality of the items and that its known for decent customer service, however this store is severely lacking in customer service. I was going to buy a new jersey but I was given a dirty look by two male members of staff who were not approachable at all, I wanted to enquire if there was anymore womens items and also if they had xx small which is my usual size.My mother was with me also and was looked down upon merely for looking around. This store gives the impression of cyclists being elitist and unwelcoming. Im very disappointed with this experience, I walked 40 minutes to visit and as mentioned Im from the UK so this was not a good lasting impression of the American cycling scene at all.Avoid this place its unwelcoming and only, it appears for local cyclists. Staff are rude and unhelpful. You lost a sale
Rapha represents everything I hate and everything I love about cycling culture. Beautiful clothes worn by lots of lovely people and lots of ***holes.
Very friendly staff and nice coffee. You can also rent awesome Road bikes. Make sure you join one of their rides.
Perfect place for watching the Giro (and upcoming Tour) while chilling and sipping a coffee
Great place to grab a coffee. They have a bus outside the shop thats been repurposed to a parklet. Their coffee is solid, especially in the sun.
Adorable outdoor seating with great cafe items and four barrel coffee. Makes for a fun place to hang out and watch cycling events too.
Great coffee and a nice parklet out front to chill before or after a ride. Bike rack inside and outside.
Top of the line cycling gear. Chain store based out of the UK. Best of quality, and definitely pricey.
Great rides from the shop. The granola is delicious. Nice selection of Rapha items to try on before you buy.
Been twice in my travels to SF and its been a great experience every time. Staff friendly and coffee is good!
Not particularly interested in bike clothes or the video clips that drone on in the background but the cappuccinos are consistently well crafted using Four Barrels beans. Small selection of quality sweets. Central sitting table. Free Wi-Fi. A winner for espresso enthusiasts finding themselves in the Cow Hollow area of the city.
Staff not very helpful in selecting the right items for new cycles. Was frustrating given the brands premium
This is a dangerous place. The staff is great, the clothes are the best in the business, there’s coffee for your veins, and races streaming most days.
Combination coffee shop, art gallery, (biking) clothes store and hangout. Coffee from Four Barrel, pastries/muffins as well, donuts on Saturdays. Group bike ride Saturday at 830am, other events posted on web site.
The staff are not welcoming nor helpful. It almost feels like they are to good for the shop... Very disappointing..
My favorite for biking clothes. Friendly and helpful staff and good coffee
Great coffee and a pretty nice Quiche Lorraine.
Cycle gear, awesome coffee and pastries in a bright, open space, whats not to love? Grab a salted caramel doughnut and take it up to the gallery balcony overlooking the store.
I love Rapha :)I own a lot of their clothing and the coffee is good.Customer service is always spot on.
Where cyclists go for coffee before or after a long ride. Beautiful, functional apparel with a solid helping of panache.
Gorgeous place. loved the oat milk cappuccino.
Best espresso/atmosphere so far! Loved the outside seating too.
Whether you are a bike enthusiast or not, Rapha Cycle Club is an excellent place to enjoy a coffee on the way to work or before a ride into Marin. With Four Barrel Coffee available and pastries too, you just cant go wrong.Raphas bike gear is also available and there are always videos streaming of races. Up the stairs are various artworks on display with the obvious theme of bicycles. The coolest part of Rapha is the parklet thats been created out front for one to relax. Its always a part of my rides and in the morning to work.
They even have water bowl for dogs! Nice!
Awesome. Happy it seems to be off the radar. Not too crowded.
Must visit when at San Francisco, Saints Peter and Paul, Rapha and Mashsf. In no particular order.
Class coffee. Best in the Marina, potentially.
Cycle life. Good coffee, good people, excellent apparel.
Its the best coffee in town plus I get to watch the french sports channels.
Nicely setup shop, service is excellent
Always class acts.
Cool vibe, great customer service and beautiful apparel.
Good coffee, sweet parklet out front, free WiFi
Great coffee and great place to watch cycling events
Cool store good coffee
Awesome spot for post ride espresso!
Great gear and good coffee
Great place for bike lovers
Worth to stop by if you are cyclist.
Coffee and bike gear = heaven
Awesome gear.
Lovely and cozy place!
Best coffee in Cow Hallow/Marina.
Workers do seem not to interested in customers.
They never pick up their phone...
Awesome
The staff are not welcoming and not helpful. It almost feels like they are to good for the shop ... Very disappointing ..The staffs service attitude was very poor. We drove from San Jose to shopping. The temperature was very high that day, but there was no air-conditioning in the store. The clerk ignored us and waited a long time to get the size to try on. When I asked the clerk why the same product is more expensive than the official website, he was impatient to tell me that we are like this, you can go online to buy. The attitude is very impolite, I dont want to go to this spot anymore.
I love this coffee! Not only the cafe itself is good, but the place is also very good and slice a little with the other shops of the Marina. You can sit on the terrace, the waiters are very nice. You can also buy accessories for cycling and there are sometimes small exhibitions.
Very small Rapha store but of course a must for road cyclists. Very friendly seller and the complete Rapha range. Rapha, of course, typically everything is very expensive, but of excellent quality. Whoever is interested in it should definitely go.
Nice place
