Love this brand, this store is hard to get to and impossible to park at but that’s the price you pay.

First time at the store, I find it very well stocked, very helpful and friendly staffs, making sure people are well taken care of and politely standing by, truly enjoyed my experience! I love Patagonia as a brand itself so it’s definitely a plus with good customer service.

This was a very exciting visit for me. Each person there assisted me with all my needs and was very proactive. The new Spring 2017 stock was full. They had options that had not rolled out at the dealer location where I live. And their sale inventory was full of markdowns! I cannot wait to go back to San Francisco.

I love Patagonias clothing! The Reno outlet store is my favorite, but the SF store is great too. The salespeople were super helpful and they had tons of cool stuff for 50% off! They also hold items for up to 3 days, which is super convenient. 😊

They have an almost perfect stock list with big and small sizes. The salespeople are really kind and go their way to help you, even when the store is packed. They really know about what they sell. The changing rooms are spacious and no one ever hurries you to buy anything. Its best to go during the week because it gets packed on the weekends.

Amazing store in every way! Employees were very helpful and didnt mind spending 10 minutes with me trying to find an item online in a different store. They always have great recommendations too! Wide variety of clothing/accessories for a smaller store.

Nice quality merchandise & the sales associates (Todd was wonderful) are extremely helpful & patient. If they dont have the color you want in the store they will happily order it & have it sent to you. But, the ordering process is lengthy if there is more than one item. The associate at the ordering counter was also great & did the best he could but the computer system must be outdated or something. Other than that I really enjoyed the store. High quality & beautiful colors.

Staff are always wonderful and knowledgeable about all the products. They really take the time to help you out. The store is always a pleasure to walk into you and browse. The apparel here is top notch and their guarantee and backing up of their products cant be beat! Not to mention the great ethics behind the company!

I get that there is a brand premium, but even so. My no name 650 fill down jacket was $38. The Patagonia equivalent is $380. A full 10X markup. Still the shop had enough tourists with money to burn that their marketing department clearly know better than me! 😜

But beyond the fantastic A+ products and great retail location, this company is on a mission to have business be a catalyst for positive environmental change. And everything they do embodies that. And if youre just looking for some good clothes to buy, this place does the trick.

A good store in a good neighborhood. Everyone at Patagonia is friendly. Quality is good and the prices match. They almost always build their stores in cool buildings and this one was a former automotive repair shop. Great natural light. Worth the walk up the hill.

Expensive clothing store which has a cult following. This was my first time there. Over all good place to buy clothes. Though parking is a headache.

I gotta say when you find a pair of trousers you like you better get some. I love the vengas they are very comfortable long wearing an stylish. You cannot wear them out. Buy some make your body happy...

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. I lost my boyfriend’s Cookie Monster Patagonia jacket. It was so cute and beautiful. The staff helped me find a very similar jacket. It wasn’t exactly the same but it was close. If they don’t have it in the store they’ll happily help you find it in a catalog and call up a store that does have it. It shipped quickly when I did that.They also have a bike rack outside.

Staff was helpful with questions, helped me find what I needed and made sure they were able to find the size I needed.

Made the trek to downtown SF to take advantage of Patagonias Worn Wear trade-in program. Made enough of the deal to purchase a new R2 Tech jacket. Pricey but expect it to last a long time. Good selection in the store. Only downside is a large amount of selection is hanging far enough above the showroom floor that staff assistance is necessary to access the items.

The staff is very knowledgeable about the product and can point you in the right direction for whatever you need. Everything was clean and organized. I had a very wonderful experience and the next time in San Fransisco I will make it a point to come back.

Picked up some earth-friendly souvenir clothing for the fam. Shop assistants were friendly but a little slow to recognise that the one till in use was dealing with a multiple-returns customer. I waited a while and did the whole getting-the-waiters-attention thing. After while they twigged and came to help. I must remember to be more assertive in these situations.

Lovely shop right bear the bay and near Ghirardelli Square. Tons of selection, friendly staff, and even some clearance items. Stop in to try on some of their amazing jackets and gear in the perfect outdoor enthusiast city.

Due to its caring attitude towards nature I love the brand. This place has a nice customer service, not pushy and great knowledge about items. If you dont find the items you want let them order for you to avoid shipping fee.

Still my favorite for outerwear. Had a problem with my favorite jacket and they exchanged...no questions asked and was most helpful in replacing the jacket to my satisfaction. All were helpful and knowledgeable.

I bought my boyfriend the Woolie Fleece Hoody for Christmas, at the SF store, which he loved but we needed a different size. So I called on 12/27/18 to check but they didnt have the size I needed in stock and it was sold out on the website so Lily called around to different stores to find it and she did and then (because we were going out of town for New Years) she personally called back to the East Coast store, where she found it for me and had them overnight it, to me, for free. Lily is amazing!!! Excellent customer service! So happy!!

Exelent place visit with family and have memorable moments at. Bring a camera and warm clothing since it is mostly windy. Public transportation other than uber and lift are very accessible.

Finding parking can be challenging if you are driving. The staff is always helpful and friendly. You can take your broken ski jacket/pants here for repair and they will ship it back to you for free! (its Patagucci after all)If you want good deals and dont mind a bit of a drive, check out their Santa Cruz outlet.

No ski clothing at all. In the middle of the winter? Okay. European Patagonia stores usually have more friendly staff as well.

Patagonia stuff is generally awesome but the service here in this store was rather bad. We walked around for 10 minutes and found our stuff. None offered to help in that time and when I needed to pay the was 6 sales associates at the register who were all taking between themselves instead of helping right away. The store is nice but the service is pretty bad.

A tight layout and long lines on the weekends, this store is an original Patagonia shop with some repair facilities in the back. We generally go here to ship repairs and take advantage of sales, which can be 50% off at the end of each season. The staff is helpful and generally nice with discounts if you are really kind and complimentary or patient.

Only location in the city and its right by Ghiradelli Square so expect some tourist during peak seasons. However, the staff was very attentive, educated on their products, and very helpful in assisting me order some things that werent in stock in store via the online store and had it shipped to the store for me to pick up later.
