I went in for the first time to purchase something, and the SA did not make the clear their ridiculous return policy. I was NOT told that purchases cannot be returned for monetary value, but only for store credit. If I was made aware of this, I would not have made a purchase especially because the quality is questionable.I bought a new pair of jeans. I didnt realize in store, but the pockets are pilling and are falling apart. In addition, the pockets gave me a rash because the pilling is so itchy. Unfortunately, I cant return this and Im beyond frustrated with their shady return and communication practices.
I like the style of the clothes here. generally neutral grayscale colors with minimalist cuts. I have previously purchased a rain jacket for around $170 and dress for $120, though it can get cheaper if the item is on sale
This is such an amazing store if you are looking for a few modern, basic pieces that you can wear both professionally or casually. Highly recommend checking it out. Staff Muzar and Spencer make you feel at home. Great customer service and friendly.
Please remember that this clothing store has terrible system on returning your purchased products. first of all, there website is NOT connected with this store. which means if you buy anything from store you have to go to store and take every steps in the store manually to be able to return or exchange.... I know,, this is really inconvenient. Just note that nothing can be done online. ALSO you have to be in the store WHEN their manager are working in the store. but they still cant do so much for you. I bought a jacket (about $200) from the store and it was a wrong size. I found the size that would work better for me on THEIR website. Long story short, the website is not connected with their business(store) so they had to call CANADA to be able to exchange my jacket!!! I have been waiting at the store more than hours TWO time, but nothing has been solved. I left my jacket in the store and got employees name, because they asked me to leave that in the store, Guess what, Last time when I visited the store, they lost my jacket. They couldnt find it!!! Im so glad that I got employees name so I could prove that I DID left the jacket in the store. ah!! Its just a total mess.I have requested return/exchange early September, but I have not received return or exchange and its November- they are taking two months but still dont know what they are doing.. Im still waiting. the jacket was a gift from my husband for our 4th wedding anniversary. Thanks Oak+Fort in soma.. you guys are very professional.. :( ha!

Worst service. The girl made it very clear she didn’t want to help. Took half an hour to get the few cups out of storage and wrapped the goods in a really sloppy way after I mentioned that I was travelling abroad with the goods. Said goodbye sarcastically to me as I left appalled
