I forgot to get the guys name and I wish I did, but he sold me awesome Adidas 4Ds. The shoes are awesome but the will treat was my visit and being helped by this gentlemen. The amount he knew about the shoes really shined through. Ive only recently re-started my sneaker head passion, and Ill make sure that I always stop in to see him going forward. Thanks Again!

Great customer service. Greeted when we came in and gave information on where each sections were(men, women, kids). Large selection.Busy street no street parking had to park at near by lot. It was busy inside the store as well, it was a raffle day.

Needed tennis shoes (shoes that dont mark the floor) and Foot Locker didnt have them in stock. Walked in, was greeted immediately, and three people ended up helping in team fashion. (It was pandemic-slow.) They had classic Adidas Stan Smith in two different color trims and one of the team tossed in a couple of arch supports gratis. Happy to support small local businesses.

Amazing kicks selection and great NBA scene.

I have been trying to get a hold of their customer service line about a claim and they have not answered their phone. They did not follow up on my claim and it has been 30 days and that’s the time they asked for. They are quick to take your money but should be quick to give you help too so as of now I am very disappointed.

The store is just ok. The selection, compared to the sneaker stores in NY, is sub-par.The staff is rude - and think they are cooler than they are lol. Not greeting customers is not ok, considering you barely have inventory. If I were them, I would use customer service to drive sales. I won’t be back, I’m on the hunt for a dope sneaker store in the Bay. If you’re doing the same - Don’t waste your time, this isn’t it.

Shoe selection was just okay. The guys in the store had a hard time styling my female cousin. She went across the street and the guys at True handled biz. Someone in my crew did make a purchase tho the young man had a hard time styling her too but she was able to find something. They did their best and was helpful none the less.

Cool store, okay selection of sneakers. Usually have the latest drops but if the shoe is hyped be sure to get here early to grab a pair but thats the same wherever you go. Staff is very helpful as well.

I have been buying athletic shoes here for years and these guys are the best. Theyre extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. On my last visit they spent almost an hour trying to please me, and they did. Prices are comparable to the Internet, but the individual attention I received in store was worth the visit.

Cool store with great, helpful employees. Still new, no fitting rooms or even mirrors (really?). They might eventually but seems like a big oversight for a fashion store thats been open for a few months. The prices are also pretty high, unless its a limited release, youre probably better off ordering from somewhere else online.

Really cool store. Wide selection of shoes and nice designs that add to the modern feel of the store. From Jordans to Adidas theyll most likely have something youll want.

Friendly staff here, but you should come here if you are looking for GR pairs, not much of anything hype. They do have a sale section, but everything else is retail priced. Good selection and a very nice atmosphere and aesthetic.

The staff was rude and disrespectful, I don’t even write reviews but my experience was so bad it was unbelievable. Just saying.. if you go into this place remember not to touch the shoes. And don’t go into to browse, they want you to buy and they don’t mind telling you

Thank you Nice Kicks San for taking care of me and my husbands feet. Were both on our feet a lot due to our jobs (and chasing a 3 yr old around) and Tomek has made a point to make sure we have the right shoes for what we need in our life!

Recently purchased a pair of yeezys 350 v2 for my sons b-day, 1st the entire staff was awesome and my son was floored by the shoes, Mahalo from Andrew (808).

Basically... the store was so nice and had a dope layout.. but dude kept telling me oh we for sure have that size and then he straight up like nah never mind .. other than that I guess it was a nice experience

Great sneaker store with some street wear sprinkled in there. If the time I’m reviewing it they just went through a remodel. The downstairs is where you can find shoes from Yeezy’s to Converse. The upstairs they are still kind of working on it but it has some clothing from Nike and Adidas and other stuff like that. One thing that surprised me was that they got some of the newer releases that came out a day or two after the drop from the main retailer. The staff was nice and knowledgable. The reason slight complaint I have is the fact that the selection is not huge right now, but I’m sure it will grow.

Great selection of Jordans, Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Reebok, Asics, Converse, Vans, and Timberland. They carry lots of good running shoes, but also carry nice basketball shoes, and casual ones like Jordan III and Nike Air Max 90. The problem is, I came here to get running shoes or Jordan III Cyber Mondays, but they didnt carry them, and when I went upstairs to get running shoes they were almost completely sold out of my size! They had some running shoes in my size, but most of them had bad, thin fabric on the top that I would just tear right through, and the rest were way to heavy for running. But because they have a good selection, I will probably be back, and I hope to have better luck with their sizes.

Simon was very patient and helpful with us! He knew it was for a wedding and he took his time in picking shoes for my son who is very picky!
