First all, great store and stuff, they have all the motorcycle gear you ever need, either street and track, and the interior design and display of the store are also pleasing to the eye. Ill definitely go again if I need to buy some gear next time. Thanks Richard for taking this picture for me.

This store is large, well organized, well stocked, and has a very friendly & helpful staff. Had no trouble finding the place, and was easily able to park my motorcycle out front in the space set aside for motorcycles. Was able to try on and purchase the gloves I was looking for.

Came in to see about getting my new jacket repaired & they dont do repairs in house. Warranty would take too long, so they recommended a leather shop that could fix it. Not what I wanted to hear but was glad they had a good place to repair it. Lots of inventory & good customer service. If you are looking for a lifetime jacket, this is the place to get it. Sorry you couldnt help me out but glad I got to see your store.

I live six hours away, but this is my closest Dainese store. Danny has been beyond helpful with as far as talking over the phone and placing orders. I truly appreciate the effort made by the crew at this stor.

While I am not a fan of all of Dainese’s gear and approach to protection, this store is great. Tons of selection, clean and well taken care of space - plus the staff is nice. Never had an issue with returns either.

Covid precautions in place, really nice store and Matt helped me order an item that wasnt in stock. He was very nice and helpful. Would take advantage of their location and ability to return items directly in the future as opposed to buying online and needing to ship back to Italy.

I just started my journey into the world of motorcycles. I searched brands for apparel and protection and found out that I do like the style and quality of the Dainese brand. Fortunately, we have a big store in SF and that is more fortunate is the qualified staff. I was pleased to be assisted by David. He is competent, patient, and really tries to find what would be the best fit for you. I didnt know much about motorcycle gear so he explained everything. What is great that he is an experienced rider so he can give you practical advice. I also like a wide selection and location. The only drawback for me is the price, but the quality is worth it and doesnt forget the location, its SF, everything is pricey here! I will definitely come back for more gear.

Dainese gear is second to none, and the in-store displays are well organized and have a premium feel. Unfortunately, customer service here ranges from sparse to vaguely antagonistic. Every time I leave feeling frustrated or icky. Hope they up their customer service game.

Great experience here. Richard was very helpful, knowledgeable, and (as other reviewers mentioned) no pressure sales. Fit is critically important and being able to see the different suits and try with your other gear really makes a difference

A great place to shop for your motorcycle clothing. They have good collection if not great.- No modular helmets though- Great racing outfit collection. A little less on other styles (i.e. cruiser outfits, touring outfits etc)- The people are really helpful.Bought my armored pants and a whole wardrobe for my wife from them except helmet.

Great store and fantastic collection. knowledgeable staff, and friendly.For some strange reason my international debit card didnt work and I was not able to pay for my purchases. I think the management team needs to look into this payment gateway they are using. I did not find time to go back to the store with cash later and had to catch my flight back home.So people who are from other countries be aware that your cards might not work here and better to carry cash.

The Dainese store is always a wonderland to visit, and with the recent remodeling, its just the slickest moto store ever! Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Some of the Best quality gear around.4/5 stars because I have a hard time finding things that fit my very non-Italian build just right (mine is more Scandinavian).

These people go above and beyond in explaining things. I spent a lot of money on my dainese pants and i dont regret it. I have called several times with beginner questions and everyone there is extremely helpful

Would much rather deal with the friendly staff at cycle gear. Its nice not to be hounded when shopping but I felt like the staff could have paid at least a bit of attention and be forthcoming and honest but sadly no🙉. Their one piece suits just dont fit people everyone, dont tell me otherwise...just disingenuous. Great place to check fit then go order online👍💯. Hard to hate that Dainese Italian style🌟. The gloves have gotten a bit cheap over the years I have to replace them once a year when they start peeling around the gaunlet.

Like a candy store for grown-ups. I have to be really careful not to buy extra gear on impulse because the quality and style of their gear makes it hard to resist. I recently bought some Torque D1 In boots and a Stripes Evo jacket in black and I am extremely pleased with my purchases.They have bikes of several styles that you can sit on while you try on gear which I found very helpful.

Love the place.The motorcycle gears are expensive though, bought a pair of leather pants and boots, a piece of thread came lose but still love my gear.Will definitely go back.

Great store. Has alrge selection of clothing for motorcycle and if you are lucky you will find some nice item on sale. The store is really large. Carries I will say all the dainese line but not sure. Plenty of room to walk around, large mirror to try jacket on. Did not interact with staff but other client were being helped and they seem to k ow there stuff. Hours are not the most convenient but come on your bike and you have parking just in front of the store.

Very expansive selection and its a great place to check out the sizing of certain Dainese gear youve probably been checking online. They even have motorcycles you can sit on with mirrors to check your look and riding fitment. Very helpful!

Ive never been to the store but I ordered Full Metal Pro gloves from them. Due to issues on my end the sale was challenging and time consuming. Throughout the process Shelly was super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Really pleased with the high level of service and dedication to customers.

I bought my jacket and pants from the D-Store about 2 years go. I love the set, and had a great customer experience when purchasing it.What makes the D-Store really great is the customer service. I snagged one of the snap covers and it popped off several months ago. I happened to be in the neighborhood of the store and dropped in. My snap cover was replaced while I waited at no charge.Ill keep buying from these guys.

This place is great just don’t make any business with Tico he’s a liar he lies to his customers, I bought a helmet not too long ago first thing he did not mention was!!! That I was buying a final sell item so I couldn’t return it . next thing he tells me I have 30 days to come return it so I came to return the helmet because I had a small situation where I didn’t need it anymore it was in perfectly good condition and I was within 30 days then he comes back at me and says I cannot return it for you when he clearly mention that he could return it within 30 days then he made up another story which didn’t apply to when I bought this helmet, And not just that he started lifting his voice at me like I was his son or something I clearly want to say I wouldn’t be wasting my time making this a review if this situation would’ve not happen or he could’ve been a bit more clear with things and not just sell an item then cheap shoot you after, Because of Tico I am never wearing dainese again, how can the store have disrespectful staff like him..

A bunch of Dainese! High prices, of course. Their sales arent that great. But this is what is expected from an exotic company with great gear.

We came to Dainese because we dont have access to a large store dedicated to this brand where we live. We spent nearly two hours trying on coats and pants and gloves. The store had a solid stock — variety of merchandise and sizes and colors. Service was knowledgable and helpful without being salesy or pushy. A good place to visit if youre shopping for motorcycle gear and want to try a variety of options before buying.

Its so exciting seeing some of the technology Dainese is developing, such as the D-air which automatically inflates an airbag AS you crash. This really could save the lives of many bikers.
