Huge Cookies family here. Everyone, wife, son, myself, has a closet full of Cookies clothing. We finally got to SF, stoked to hit the flagship store as we have shopped at Seattle many times, only to be big time disappointed in the experience. 4 people working, all happy to help, but nothing available in anyones sizes. We wanted something you can only buy at the SF store and there were only 3 garments, but could not get the right sizes to make it work. Huge bummer, if Im San Fran again, probably wont go out of my way to hit that store - and its my favorite store.

Yeeee. Dope clothing. I just got a new fit the other day. There are two sides of the store to browse through. They got the freshest selection of hoodies an gear. I got the Jet Life n Cookie collab hoodie and the black with orange Cookie logo sweats for now. Im definitely going back.

Love the store the setup was be on lovely the staff was nice but my problem come with the stuff I brought I didnt receive he switched my wife sweatpants and my sweater all though it was almost the same it wasnt, what I was expecting... watch out for the white high guy with the early 90s haircut

Took my son here and wow what a ripoff! Might be that Im too old to get it but a hoodie that cost $65 is too much. A silly beanie cost $25. Some might say but its quality goods but I say money is the driving force behind this shop not quality. No parking close and forbid you need to stop it cost too much to park.

The second you enter the store you feel a very strong negative energy . The cashiers didnt even say hello, they kept starring at us and we felt very judged and very uncomfortable. We would ask questions about the clothes sizes and they seemed clueless like they had no idea what they were sellig. Their customer service was very poor . They didnt seem to show any interest in the store they looked and acted bored..

Tried multiple times to get a refund on a $100 hoodie that was printed horribly. Pitted and blown out ink on your own companies logo. Got a reply the first email and have tried for the past week and a half to get a return label with no reply. If youre looking for quality clothing I wouldnt suggest cookies.

The workers there are great to talk to, the environment of the store is good quality. Berner did put a good time, effort, and money to build his dream a reality. Go check the store out its great! But go to Cookies SF before you go gotta walk in like a Taylor.

Spent a lot with cookies and the sweatpants and wind jacket had bad stitching. No return or compensation offered. I returned a tee to swap out sizes and they didnt send me one back...

Berner and his cookies... oh man where do I even start? I originally ordered the smoke signals hat from them and the same day I ordered some headphones from Japan and literally the headphones came before the hat and I actually live in California. The amount of lag is intolerable. Well I did decide I liked the hat once I got it so I decided I would invest in the red cookies varsity jacket and a cookies pin. Man. Was that a mistake. It took WAY longer than my hat to Arive. I did contact customer support and it seemed as if berner contacted me personally and he seemed pretty sorry actor everything but dude. It still took forever and you didnt compensate me with anything. It came and it was extremely wrinkled. I tried fluffing it in the dryer and the top button fell off... I then tried contacting customer support and after about a solid month of waiting. NOTHING. Basically $120 wasted. Well berner. Ill take this down if you actually start handling your business like a real business owner. Be in it because you can create a great product that people love and makes people feel god. Do not be in for money. You already make enough money. Ive seen what your house looks like. At this rate you will never become a supreme. I want my money back. Hmu.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I am EXTREAMLY DISSAPOINTED in the way they handle their business. They will not send you your entire order. I ordered a large blue smell proof duffle bag and 4 red Phukey pheel tips. I never received my tips although the packing slip said it was enclosed. I tried contacting the company via email, phone, and social media they seem to not care at all to respond to any form of contact. I still have not heard from the company, the quality of the product is nowhere near what I expected.
