The clerk is sabotaging himself with his own rudeness. Hes literally losing hundreds of bucks a day by berating customers. As soon as we entered the store, he started hissing some passive aggressive remarks about our hesitation in choosing the right product as if we were not allowed to enjoy browsing. There is a reason people still go to brick and mortar stores as opposed to ordering everything online. Its ambience and nice people running the store. We left right away because it was just creepy. Never again!

Like so many other reviews state, the worker is rude and only caters to those who look rich and skinny. They could have simply told us to leave rather than glaring, berating, insulting, and cursing.

I cant say enough good things about this store and the people that run it. When I wanted something a little special for my girlfriend on Christmas, I called Ceiba. Id shopped there before and had such a wonderful experience, that I thought theyd be able to help me out. Well, Anat walked me through the store on video, and remembering our style preferences, picked out a bunch of items she thought my girlfriend like in particular.Then, when one of the items didnt fit well, she contacted the manufacturer, and arranged for me to exchange it, and was a pleasure to work with for the whole process.If youre looking for cutting edge fashion from across the world, Ceiba is the place to shop. Not only do they carry amazing and unique fashion, but their service is unbeatable.

This boutique has a wonderful, eclectic curation of unique and beautiful pieces unlike any other store in San Francisco. It is a must-shop for people with elegant and unique fashion taste!

Absolutely fantastic place. 5 & Diamond has been my go-to for burner/festival fashion, but Ceiba has about four or five times the sheer amount of mens clothing, plus (to my stylistic sensibility) far more interesting items and sometimes significantly better value.Peter, the proprietor, is a spry older gentleman with a sharp eye and quick wit. I showed up a quarter hour until close, and he helped me find a hooded jacket that was just perfect, possibly more fitted to my body type than anything else Ive put on...in about 4 minutes.Cant wait for my next visit.

Love to stop here when in SF and find unique clothing. Always a interesting conversation and a great addition to my wardrobe.

Cheap quality, overpriced, burning man style clothing, and the most unwelcoming people on the planet. The owner yelled at us for trying on a couple of jackets and even followed us out the store to yell and curse at us. I never write online reviews so the fact that I’m doing this really tells you how horrifying our experience was. I really wish I could give you zero stars, you pathetic, rotten, man.
