This place is by far find the best smoke shops in San Francisco. They have some of the lowest prices Ive ever seen other smoke shops I go to there was a lighter I paid $50 for and at the smoke shop it was the same exact lighter was there for $17... also their customer service is very good as well youre very knowledgeable

This is the best smoke shop in the entire city of San Francisco. I will go out of my way to come here they have the best selection and the best customer service and by far the best prices. When you spend a little extra money with him he always wants to give you a little something extra free. I couldnt be happier with this place as Ive spent thousands and thousands of dollars here I dont know if thats sad but for him its pretty sweet. Im definitely the number one customer at least from my point of view

This is one of my favorite smoke shops in the Bay Area! They have good service, great hours, and a decent selection of bongs and accessories for a decent price. They are not the largest smoke shop compared to others, but they still have most everything and they don’t have ridiculous prices! They also have a courteous and knowledgeable staff that can help you find exactly what you are looking for. Another perk about this place is that it is open a lot later than most other smoke shops (I think most smoke shops close anywhere from 8-11 pm, and are rarely open passed midnight, whereas this one is open until I believe 1 or 2 am! Like I said they are also much more reasonably priced than many other smoke shops! All of this makes them the best late night spot!

Me in my wheelchair and limited me from wheeling outside. But when you got a 3 Pack a day habit. I just wish everyone was as nice to. Great selection of products, the best prices in the city (after some negotiating and trust building, of course), and run by stand up guys who always accommodate and bend over backwards for me when it is needed. As with most shops, they reward loyalty and reciprocity. If you do good by them, theyll do good by you.

This place has a a lot to choose from and it is very organized and clean. The guys in there are very professional and knowledgeable and the prices are lower than anywhere in town or any town for that matter. I drive from The Excelsior to the Tenderloin for all of the reasons above.

I live across the street, so you would think they would keep customers like ME happy. Wrong. I went in to buy a replacement part for my Pax vape, and they sold me one. But they sold me the WRONG one. When I discovered this, not 15 minutes later, I went back to exchange it for the proper piece. Nope. The employee said they had to wait for the owner to return before they would exchange it. That was five plus days ago. They will not exchange the part and insist I buy another. Thats bad business. Avoid this place. There are two other smoke shops less than a block down the street, who know how to treat a return customer.

Dont come to this place anymore, i live a block away, i dont know what happen to the previous owner Ramsey years ago that would always charge me with no tax or hook me up on rigs, but this new owner knows nothing about his product or his prices, i went in to buy a 50$ bong that had a quartz nail on it that doesnt fit and is very loose, when i picked it up, it broke, and the owner wanted me to pay almost 30$ for the broken nail, when the rest of his chinese glass banger on display are 14.99$, thats worth (5$) he charged me double for the nail because he said that was the only size he had, and demanded i buy the bong also because apparently he cant sell it because there is no nail that size, when he had a basket of 10MM hanging on the shelf, imagine trying to buy a bong and u broke the bowl, he would demand you to buy the bong itself also, so i came back an hour later to get my receipt and he already replaced the broken nail with a new one, and i told him how are you going to charge me 30$ for a nail, when the bong is 50$, and all he can say was, dont complain about the prices he has set in his store, when obviously the nail are 15$ on his display case, dude wants nothing, but a few extra dollars for his chinese glass, if you want more selections, and cheaper ciggarettes, tobacco barns is down the street, along with like 8 other smokeshops in the same area, now he lost a regular customer, hope its worth it.
