Beautiful, quiet location in the bustling heart of the SF Financial District. The cappuccino was excellent and included a tasty sample of Newtree chocolate!

I only had pastries here, because the line was outrageously long for a weekday. Nonetheless the coconut pastry had perfect sweetness and the brownie was a little too sweet in my opinion.

New Tree is a wonderful little gem of a store located just off Market Street. Regularly I get lunch here as they offer Vegan/Vegetarian offerings with plastic free and compostable packaging. The staff is so friendly and hard working. Its great to be a “regular” in the store which is so hard to find in such a busy area. I always feel welcome; the food is delicious and there is rarely a line at lunchtime. Support a small, local shop and stop on by.

My go to coffee shop in SF! Great quality coffee. I love the chai latte here it does not taste to sweet or fake like you might find at most coffee shops. Good soups and sandwiches for lunch, and FREE chocolate samples. This place is a must go.

Plenty of couch space. Interior gets very hot if the weather is at all warm. Good cappuccino and rooibos tea.

This place is such a cheat! I joined MealPal and pick a salad in nearly half of what their regular size and missed chicken and perhaps more other items. If you want to be partner with MealPal, then don’t do this because it looks bad on you and not really save enough cost!

Really nice belgian chocolate place to be and tasting. Nice and kind people to welcome you. A huge kind of flavor and chocolates for a delicious and unique great moment. Take time to discover it and look around you the wood decoration. My favorite is Belgian Biscuit ;-)

This is a peaceful, calm and cozy place to have lunch. Good vegan and vegetarian options, good soups, salads and sandwiches and lots of lovely 🍫 samples.

Cool space! They also permitted a Puls technician repair my phone using their café space. This definitely made my day!

New Tree hosted and catered an event for us. The space was lovely and the staff was very helpful and managed everything beautifully.

I am obsessed with New Tree. Found out about it through MealPal, and now I consistently reserve my MealPal meals with NewTree, and have tried other goodies there, too. The cafe is so calming and serene, it really is such a nice quiet break. And the food is awesome - very flavorful, and I love the amount of vegetarian options. The staff are always incredibly nice and courteous, too.Note: google maps will send you the wrong way, if youre on California street, its in that little plaza at 345 California, near the SF soup company. I almost couldnt find it the first time, but Im so glad I did!

Nice place to grab a beverage, check emails, and make calls.I visited on a Monday morning, I was surprised the place empty, but likely because it is tucked around the back of the building, behind SF Soup Co.The place has lots of seats, it is clean, and the staff is friendly.

We had breakfast. The staff helps you in your choices or advice. They are various choices of chocolate, coffee, tea and cakes. Attention this company is a place of meals quite busy with bulding workers so there is nothing at certain hours ... the breakfasts are for example from 7h to 9h30 see 10h after they are on the meals of 12h . As for the prices it is correct for San Francisco after it is expensive for us European compared to the service. Do not compare Europe and usa otherwise we would not eat anything for restaurants
