Oh my God!! This place is amazing!! Not only is the show room and waiting areas really nice, so are the people! I had a horrible experience with a different dealership and decided to come here. So very glad I did! Joel Mendanha was my salesman and he went sooooo beyond his job description to insure amazing customer service! I am so thankful to Joel and his team for making my first car buying experience a great one. The communication was 100%. The customer service was 100%. The staff at Nissan was more then helpful. They were inviting, friendly, generous and professional. I had a child with me that I was taking care of and they even considered his needs which was awesome for me! The guest lounge is comfy and offers coffee and snacks! My car ended up taking a little longer then we thought and they gave me a car to use for the day so I could continue doing what I needed to do! Fredrick and Darlene were two people in particular that helped me and made my experience a great one! I will only be servicing my car at the SF Nissan dealership in the future!

Went in for an exhaust replacement. Not really something thats hard to do, but I have no space to do it at home and needed to source some small parts anyway that could only be through them. They were very accommodating about it, even if it was partly owner-supplied. Price was pretty fair for a dealership as well, and the facility is probably the best Nissan facility Ive seen thus far.Pete from parts, Brian and Greg from service, some intermediate/relay contacts I didnt catch names of, Joel from sales (basically to discuss prospect options as I waited) — all great service from them. Coordination was the tricky part. Thats probably the only nit-pick I could make out, but I assume it was generally due to the busy holiday season. Communication otherwise was great once the ball got rolling. Very accommodating and they gave the impression of just trying to do honest work.Not the easiest place to get to being in the city, but accessibility within the facility is great. There is surprisingly a lot of space in there compared to other dealers.

Quick, friendly and professional. Getting my car serviced here is always a breeze. Freddy provided the best experience yesterday. Despite the fact that I arrived 10 min late, check in was quick and he managed to have my car fully serviced and cleaned all before noon (less than four hours!). Her certainly went above and beyond what was expected; will definitely come back!

This place is a dumpster fire. I think they closed, forgot to update the phone tree, and as a result lost a lot of customers including myself. I’ve noticed Infiniti service in general (especially Marin), which used to be amazing, has now been taken over by suits on quotas. Won’t be buying or servicing with them again.

Matt walked me through every step of my purchase and helped me get the deal I was looking for. Bobby showed me every feature on my QX60 and how to customize it to my specifications. They did all the requested service and on top of that they vaccum and cleaned the whole vehicle. Awesome. The place itself is super clean. Buying cars is a lengthy, time-consuming process, but SF Nissan was great and accommodating from the start. Cristian communicated via email and text to make sure we had time to meet. He was super responsive. From the test drive to negotiations, my wife and I felt well attended to. They fielded all our questions from financing options to details about the car. A variety of personnel were available to assist us. They were open and honest and transparent about the whole process.

I came to Nissan San Francisco for my regularly scheduled maintenance and checkup, and like always, received exceptional service. I had been experiencing odd transmission issues with my car, and my service associate, Diem, was able to schedule a repair and lend me a rental car in record time. Triple A customer service!First off I was skeptical when I pulled up to Nissan of San Francisco. I mean, it was in a high traffic area, and about seven stories high. However once I came inside and met with an awesome sales rep, I asked and he explained the history of the building (been there for about 100 years!). I was kind of floored by the history of the building, and how it was built/updated through the years to accommodate all aspects of modern automotive needs.Anyway, this place was great. I got a cup of coffee, found what I was looking for, and made a hassle free purchase in record time. With kind and courteous staff, the process was especially painless, and you know what I mean if you have ever had to haggle at a dealership before. Once I found the car I wanted, I was in and out in under an hour. Literally I figure they have this down to a science, as I was finishing up paperwork, they would be right there with the next set, letting me get to business, rather than waiting around.They also had a pretty decent cup of coffee, and served in a real coffee cup (not that paper or styrofoam garbage so detrimental to the environment). I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Great experience at Nissan SF for a first-time car buyer. Negotiation process was quick and painless. Both the salesmen and F&I people were honest and understanding. Location in the city is great, the dealership has lots of amenities for customers, and they do their best to satisfy you.Must ding them one star for some lengthy waits during the process, but otherwise no complaints. They even held the car I wanted to buy for a week while I got everything together since I dont live in the city!

Had a scheduled appointment, they were closed. Doors were locked, UPS Delivery sticker on the door. Nobody answering service calls, nobody answering sales calls. When you call service it says to book online, you can book online, and even get reminders. But the place is closed.

Have to turn in my lease. Tried to reach them for the past 2-3 weeks. No answer, no returned calls. Now Ive found out theyre closed and I have to go to San Rafael to turn in the lease. No announcement, no warning, no nothing that they were closing. The owner/manager of this place should never be allowed to open or operate another dealership. It really stained the Infinity name.

I am writing this review about the finance managers, in particular about Manny Hernandez... I had purchased a vehicle and a service plan and warranty plan from them. They were (as always) very quick to take my money... A year later I traded in my vehicle at another dealership and I was entitled to a refund of the remainder of the plans that I pre-paid. I called the dealership, talked to Manny and he assured me he will take care of my request. I sent him all the paperwork and he told me it will take 3-4 weeks. I waited patiently and nothing. When I called back I was told 6-8 weeks... Each time I called he was getting more rude. Finally I called again after 9 weeks and he gave me the same answer. He promised he would call me back but he never did. Then I called NISSAN directly and guess what? There was NO RECORD of my requests - he had not sent them at all. If I could give them -1 star, I would. I deeply dislike people that are only interested in you when you buy and then they disrespect their customers. I will never consider them and I am telling everyone about my experience.

Two principal areas of concern:Quality of report: Report I received showed fail under car battery which as a result of further discussion with associates it was determined that there was no immediate concern and should have been labeled caution. I was told the mechanic working on my car was only here a month, which provided more concern not only about the quality of the report but the quality of the assessment which led to me replacing a radiator costing $2,000. I was told there were separate mechanics but was unable to truly verify.Timing and communication: I appreciate that the person handling my car had a family emergency, but there should have been a handoff. Instead I followed up for a couple days with no response and the person I eventually dealt with had no knowledge of my situation.Overall rating was two stars because it appears my car was actually fixed.

Warning !! before you think about stepping into that place make sure :you bring : 1- an attorney 2- a translator 3-a recorder-attorney to make sure they are not ripping you off legally.- a translator because their sales specialist Christian hardly speaks English and a recorder because all of them shockingly lie as a average of 65 LPM ( lie per minute) .Finally their GM is an arrogant useless person who will help you with nothing .Be careful !! Liar. My car was recently stolen and bodily damaged, but I was leaving the country and thought of selling it. They gave me a price for it given the damaged. I asked if it would be worth more if insurance fixed it.Thats when he told me it would get a salvaged title and be worthless if insurance fixed it. My phone was dead so I couldnt check. He kept saying he wasnt going to trick me and he was just being honest.Then I talked to the insurance company and they said what is he talking about, this salvage title only happens if the car is totaled.So Im glad I didnt sell to the grease ball there, a real thief. Instead insurance paid out and I have my car still. I guess what they say about car salesmen is true in this case.

If I could rate this place a zero I would, unfortunately it doesnt give me that option. I was looking into purchasing a vehicle here in cash. Was planning on going in this Sunday! I received a phone call from some man named JORDAN, hes a internet sales manager. The gentleman seem very nice over the phone...I was WRONG. One thing I didnt like was that it took 4 days to get a reply back via email and I mentioned that to him of course he apologized and we both went our own ways. He failed to realize that after we hung up he accidentally butt dialed me...he was talking to a coworker saying I was playing the victim so on and so forth. I of course was a little upset and decided to call back, I let him know I heard his whole conversation and he denied everything. Hai did a great job not only with my oil change but also explaining that the issue I have had since the beginning with the sealant on the windshield would not be covered after 30K miles. No one at (the other) Nissan dealerships had ever mentioned this on the numerous times I came in; they just fixed it. Together we are finally correcting the problem instead of just “patching it”. Thank you Nissan of SF!

Folks here are wonderful, do a great job and always get my car purring like a kitten. I have a 20 yr old Nissan Altima and they had to find some parts which they did with no problem. I can always depend on Nissan Xfinity to do a thorough job.

Overall experience was good considering some short comings on my part not remembering that I had placed an aftermarket HID headlight 8 years ago. My decision was to postpone work until I can order the replacement bulb. My only complaint is the technician did not reassemble the vehicle properly. The clip that holds the undercarriage splash guard was missing and not secured. Call Freddy Paul to ask the technician about the missing clip but he didn’t return my call. But hey a small detail. Gotto say Nissan has a beautiful facility.

This is a multi-floor building full of cars, They even have many used cars from other brands for sale. The problem is the showroom is in a crowded area in the city so you might need to drive to a highway to fully test the potential of the car, otherwise your test drive will only include getting stuck in traffic. They have great customer service by the way
