Good service from service department, thanks to DJ, Rafael, Harry and Cole.Cole was especially helpful and courteous in helping to answer all questions and taking me to the department that addresses the needs.However, the parts and sales department could really have been more helpful . I was trying to find a part that works with my car model . At the counter there was no readily available catalogues until I asked for it . Then in the catalogue there were different options for that same part and it was hard to tell the difference ; however the sales manager did not care to clarify or explain . I was just plainly expected to just place an order with the item number without question . This shouldn’t be the standard of service for a premium brand like Jaguar, should it ?

The service department at the Jaguar dealership in San Francisco is fantastic. I had a software update and a solenoid replaced and they gave me a Jaguar XE as a loaner. Rey at the service department was very attentive to a problem I had with one of the speakers and spen a lot of time trying to solve the problem. The entire staff is very attentive and very professional in their demeanor. They are very courteous and friendly and makes you feel welcome and appreciated! And I love my F-Type!

On Aug 19th 2021 I came here to replace my broken windshield and Harry Ng at the service department was very attentive when I called him and explained about the problem and he gave me the best options how to resolve the problem I had with windshield and this is my 3rd time visiting this place for my Jaguar XJ-R service and all 3 Times Harry Ng was my Advisor and he is the best and he knows everything about my car which I love the most.But during this visit I had very bad experience with this center, As I travel all the way from fremont to San Francisco just for my servicing and replacement and they couldn’t able to give me a loaner car and this happened 2nd time, I was thinking they gonna give me a loaner until my car gets fixed as it takes 2-3 days to order the part and fix it, I really felt bad that no service Advisor couldn’t able to give me a loaner car when they’re available with them and they made excuses saying they don’t have any, and then I had requested them to book a Uber ride to Fremont and then they tried to call their manager for approval and then they booked a ride for me which is only one-way and they upfront told me that they’re not gonna book me the ride back again during pick up of my car, WHICH I FELT REALLY BAD on how they treat their customers based on their appearance and how did they think that I’m gonna come to SF to pick up my car??? When I have only one car with me?

I had the complimentary 12 month service on my 2020 Jaguar F-Pace SVR last week. This trip was a rare expedition from home since the Covid-19 pandemic hit a year ago. Staff were observing CDC recommendations and I felt completely safe during my 2 hour stay at the facility. Employees were courteous and efficient. Special thanks to Ben, who worked on my vehicle. The best customer service I have experienced at a Jaguar dealership. I bought my car at the Livermore dealership and always took it there for maintenance, I wish I had taken it to San Francisco sooner. The only thing was I needed a loaner car while mine was in the shop and they didn’t have any and couldn’t work with a local rental company to get me one. However I think that more of an issue with the company and not the individual dealer. This is the dealership I will be taking my vehicle to from now on, the whole thing was such an easy experience! Thank you!

Yearly maintenance was done on my F-Type S and it drives like new. Harry was very helpful, professional, and responsive to all my questions. I will always go back to Harry here.One thing I did notice was my car was given a courtesy wash. I recently got it detailed to remove swirl marks and when I received my car back for pickup it had minor swirls. I paid a lot of money to get it removed to have a prestine paint surface and I expected a courtesy wash for a high end brand like Jaguar to be a bit better. This made me believe the washers dont know much about detailing and just wash cars with improper technique and equipment. There were also a lot of water spots left on my windshield and paint, I was very displeased by this part of the maintenance. It causes a burden to remove it all and get it back to show room shine. Hopefully the wash team can learn better methods of detailing in the future to prevent imperfections on paint surfaces that are invested in.Other than that, Harry was helpful nonetheless and made it a smooth process.

Not impressed. Poor organization. Limited service maybe due to Covid. I was told my car was ready at 9 am only to arrive at 11:00to pick it up and learn it was being washed. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I finally got my car. I have better things to do than wander around the service department.

After being a Jaguar customer since 1994, I was shocked beyond words by the unfortunate changes in service & facility at what was once a premier Jaguar Dealership. I did not have any service needs on my very little used 1994 VDP for the past two years. I was never notified of the fact that British Motors owned by Qvale Family was sold & all the contact information such as telephone numbers, email etc. had been disconnected. My attempts to contact my service advisor “Dimitrios” was an exercise in futility. I finally was able to find his private cell number. I was irate until he informed me the dealership was sold & he & colleagues were attempting their best. When I arrived at the service department I was appalled by what I witnessed. The entire area was in disarray, dirty, poorly lighted & with an appearance of an indoor junkyard. The area was manned by 3 service advisors one of whom was Dimitrios. It was a very depressing experience as opposed to when it was British Motors, a pristine premier service oriented dealership. I will finish my remarks by noting, no transportation home, no loaners. Car delivered unwashed. Main telephone number is an out of state perhaps out of country contact with at best poor communication skills. Bottom line is Dimitrios & colleagues are trying their best with very obvious limited resources. Jaguar USA is poorly represented by this so called dealership. Regretfully I no longer feel comfortable or confident in this Jaguar dealership. I am appalled that Jaguar USA allows the owners to represent this great Auto brand.

Very unprofessional experience. Wanted to get Jaguar F-Type spare key done. Spoke to Barry Strock (Service Director) on 10 Jun 2020. Was told will get the new key in 3-4 weeks and then bring in the car for programming. Waited patiently for the stated time. Now trying to follow-up on my request via email and phone since past 10 days, no response back. Operator takes my information, and do not have the courtesy to call back! After making a customer wait for over 6 weeks atleast provide an update.

This is by far the best dealership that Ive ever worked with. I enjoyed the luxury feeling of the customers lounge, where there is a variety of options for either cold/hot drinks, as well as snacks. The service advisers are always professional and friendly. What more important are their sales and service quality, which make me feel comfortable almost all the time. Theyre ready to answer and satisfy any of my concerns and worries. Ive been so happy with them and would recommend the team to anyone who loves Jaguar!

My husband and I bought the F Pace, even the first one in the Bay Area that I had seen. Anyway, we were told that they would have someone come to our house and pick the car up for service and drop it off when the service was done. We would have NEVER bought this car from San Francisco Jaguar if we did not have this assurance. We even have it in writing in an email. Now that we paid 70K cash for the car, Oh, now they dont honor what they said any longer. Im going to hire an attorney and sue. We never would have bought this vehicle if we had known we would have to drive all the way to SF to have it serviced. No way. We live in San Mateo. This was the MAIN SELLING POINT FOR US. Thanks for lying to us, Jaguar!!! No no one will return our phone calls. Oh, and we even bought an Lamborghini from the same dealership. Thats loyalty but they still ignore us. Pretty sad and pathetic.

Worst experience ever! They do not keep the promises even after the financing is ready. If you want customers to come to you, make it pleasant experience. Been in conversation for 3 weeks and eventually they hiked the price from what was told earlier. There were some external factors out of both parties control and they should give the benefit of the doubt to the customer when he/she is willing to buy and not change it in the nth moment when everything is set. Please improve on your business strategies if you are not doing any charity!

Abhorrent service. We walked in with our kids and firm interest in purchasing a car. Representative form the dealership clearly did not share our enthusiasm and seemed annoyed by the fact we showed up with kids. We were not offered to even get inside ( let alone test drive) either of the 2 car we were considering. They ignored our questions in a fairly rude and obnoxious way, and after 5 minutes we walked out with our minds completely changed on purchasing a Jaguar car period. Crossed the road to Tesla dealership and placed an order with them. Congratulations on losing a sale.

Unfortunately my experience with Jaguar San Francisco is getting worse over the years. Last year they changed the neck and cap of my gas tank to fix a problem but the cap never fit well and has been really hard to open/close. I kind of learned to live with that by topping off the tank and driving my wifes car whenever possible. When I came back this year for service I showed them the problem. Multiple employees tested and acknowledged something was wrong as they couldnt open/close the tank cap themselves. When I went back to pick up my car the problem was still there and the answer I got was that the parts were correct and everything was normal. FIVE service employees who couldnt open and close my cars gas tank then tried to convince me that it was normal in a patronizing way. Funny enough, after going in rounds trying to close it, they left it open for me to close. :(I paid their expensive service fee and was sent home with the promise someone would call me back in a few days with the prospect for fixing the problem with the tank. Not to my surprise, nobody ever called.

I Filed a complaint against this place with the bbb.. They sale bad batteries TRUST ME you dont want to service here.. Once I made them aware of them ripping me of for $560 for battery and inspection (which was another rip off cause I knew I just needed a battery) they told me WE SALE BAD BATTERIES SOMETIMES THEY COME IN WITH BAD CELLS.. But we cant change it or refund you anything because you are 2 months over Warranty.. UNBELIEVABLE...... went to OReillys and got a battery for $180 with free installation.. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH A DEALER WHO DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AFTER THEY GET THERE MONEY.. PATHETICSAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY AND TIME A GO ELSEWHERE FOR BUSINESS!!

Leased a beautiful Jaguar XE from British Motor Cars of San Francisco the other day. Overall, a really great experience. AJ made the leasing process straight-forward and easy, I would definitely recommend you seek him out if youre in the market for a JLR product. Unfortunately, not all the staff is as helpful as AJ. The first time I went into the dealer, the salesperson I spoke with basically told me if I wasnt planning on moving forward that day, they werent going to show me a car, and, when leasing my vehicle the other day, the sales manager was rather unprofessional. The sales manager continually spoke down to me and acted as though I had no clue about the value of my trade-in, and repeatedly mixed-up numbers while discussing terms. This is the 4th vehicle I have been involved in the purchase of this year alone, and my first Jaguar product. I would certainly do business with British Motor Car Distributors again, and recommend them to friends and family, just make sure you ask for AJ.

I have a 2010 XFR that was overdue for the front lower control arm bushings to be replaced. I emailed BMC asking for a quote to replace the control arms, as several other reputable shops in the area claimed there was no way to just replace the bushings on this model. Did they simply reply with a quote for what I asked though? No, instead within 30 minutes I got a reply back asking if the control arms were bent or were just the bushings in need of replacement, as they had the capability to replace them. Suffice to say I was blown away that a dealer didnt take every chance they could get to gouge the customer for more money than was necessary.From that point on, the experience with BMC just got better. The service center was spotless and staffed with truly professional representatives. My service advisor kept me informed throughout the repair, and the car was ready to go exactly when they said it would be. The repairs I had requested to be done were processed, and my car was given a totally clean bill of health. No surprise discoveries of other maintenance items needed and nothing on the bill that wasnt clearly communicated to me beforehand.No, service here isnt cheap, but if youre driving an out of warranty Jag, Range Rover, Lamborghini, etc that is expected to come with the territory. So when youre asking yourself whether you should bring your Jaguar to BMC or some other reputable shop in town instead to save a few bucks, ask yourself if youd have a Patak Phillipe serviced at some random jewelry store to save a few bucks as well. Hopefully, that answer is no.

I was somewhat surprised that the service center was able to accommodate me so quickly regarding my punctured tire. I arrived and was back on the road in less than 2 hours. Hard to complain.
