After deciding to sell my car I shopped it to several dealerships and posted it on Craigslist. After dealing with several flakes and odd balls on CL I decided to sell it to Ellis Brooks. After a little bargaining I got a very fair price. They handled all the paperwork and cut me a check. They were friendly and fair. It was an overall good experience. Only an offer of a cup of coffee would have made it better.

I just bought my new Saab 9.3 from Mike Hollywood at Ellis-Brooks and I couldnt be happier. It was a no-stress transaction that didnt involve hours of sleezy back and forth - just a good price and we were off.Mike Hollywood was my salesperson and he was the nicest guy. Funny and friendly. He gave me a walk through of my car before I drove out of the garage so I wasnt driving down Van Ness with no idea what made what turn on or what side the gas tank was on.

Believe it or not, I found an honest car dealership. The salesmen here are phenomenal. They were more than helpful when I bought my car. They gave me the best price I could get anywhere. Five months later I was having a navagation system problem, they had me bring it in, they replaced the system at no cost to me, gave me a loner, detailed my car and gased it up. They was never any dispute about anything. John Brooks is sincere, personable and true to his word. I also dealt with Don Henschke was extremely nice as well. They said they strive to please their customers, and they went above and beyond for me. If you are in the market for a car, please give these guys a chance. John Brooks is the best! Its rare to find a salesman of any sort to be as honest and pleasant as him and his staff. If I or anyone I know is in the market for an auto, I will definitely direct them to Ellis Brooks. The entire process from day one until now was a pleasure.
