Visited this dealership earlier with the intentions of taking a few pics of the nicer cars and possibly look at purchasing one of them. I hadn’t made it five minutes before someone told me I needed special permission to take pictures of their inventory (not customer cars) and was essentially asked to leave. The door was wide open when I got there, and there was no signs saying I was not allowed to take them photos. I’ve been to many dealerships all over the country which had much more “premium” inventory than them, and they were all friendly and encouraged me to take pictures and look around as much as I want. These guys here seem to be quite ignorant and won’t talk to you seriously unless you appear to be extremely wealthy. Exotic dealerships are more than just a place to make sales, they’re a place to inspire those who can’t afford the cars now to want to shop there if/when they do find themselves in that position. The people here aren’t passionate about cars, they’re passionate about money. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Delicious fish n chips! Nothing wrong there. The batter was crispy and fries were great. My only complaint is that their seating is fairly limited and they get busy during the day so there is a wait. I suggest heading to this place when youre eating at an off hour or perhaps to go. In all its a solid place to get fish n chips.

I bought a new Jaguar I-pace on Dec 31, 2019. I had to take it in for service today for the first time to get may battery software update. They asked me to drop off the car today at 8am, so I did. I work an hour away and had to ask to go in late for work and leave and hour early to go get me car. After leaving work early today to get my car, on my way back to SF Chuck in Service texted me and told me they didn’t even get to my car today, and asked if I could leave it until Monday. This weekend is a 3 day weekend, and now I have no car for this 3 day weekend. They really can’t manage their time, I scheduled this 5 days in advance and made special arrangements to do this, and now I won’t have a car the next 3 days. This is very disappointing, especially for my first service for me car here ever. Once I get may car, I will find another dealer to service and look at my car who manages their time better than this. Very disappointing, especially on this 3 day Valentines weekend I’m now having to cancel my weekend and Monday plans due to not having my Jaguar. Never again

The 2017 Prius is a wonderful step up from the previous style. Everything is improved; smoother ride, the engine is more responsive, interior cozier, electronics get a modern upgrade.Ask for Michael Dang, hell take great care of you.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE, DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE! DO NOT TRUST THEM! I was lied to through my buying process and am still getting the run around from the service department, on TOP of that the customer service is absolutely horrific! I would buy a Toyota before ever purchasing from them again. VERY dishonest.
