Absolute ripoff. My gf went in in a rush trying to buy and hope back on the car. got charged more than 3 times of the actual price. And they don’t let us to return.

Fraud! Don’t buy anything! We wanted to buy a Lycamobile SIM card with the unlimited plan for $39. They charged me $54 because apparently they forgot to tell me about an activation and taxes etc. They didn’t provide me with a proper receipt. When I asked for one, they wrote an “invoice”, but they just wrote down the end price and didn’t show the cost split. Anyway, it turns out - after logging into my Lycamobile account - that I have the $29 plan with 5GB data, not the $39 with 15GB unlimited. I reached out to my lawyer and my credit card institute. I think unprofessional sales people like that should be stopped from doing business with others.

THE MOST DISSAPOINTED SHOP I EVEN IN!I dropped my camera and small debris from the filter adhered to it. I come here hoping to get help and not to scratch my lens. After hearing that I didnt want to buy a new filter and lens cleaner (I just forgot to bring it during the holiday, and I would go home to consider buying a new filter), he immediately showed a bad attitude.and, he used the cloth directly and wiped it on my lens and it scratched a small piece. Luckily it didnt affect the photography but he wiped it the wrong way from the beginning and Im very unhappy about that, and then he took my $20 for just some lens cleaning.People dont go to this store, its really bad.

The price is so crazy，i bought I canon rebel x7i camera，1 18-200mm lens，1 extra battery and 1 64GB memory card today， it cost 699$，399$， 140$，150$！！i search the price at home online，the lens399$，online just 199$，memory card 20$+，battery is 40$+。it is so aweful and disgusting！

I asked for a price was quoted a stupidly high number. Went to walk out of the store and then was offered a more reasonable price, but decided I wanted to think about it for a while. The sales guy said that this was fine, but when I returned, he said he now wanted to think about it.... Hilarious! Must be a stunt they pull when they have not got a sale. Not sure why a normal person would do such a thing. Maybe they chuckle to themselves whilst sitting on their stools waiting for the next person unsuspecting customer. Maybe they are not happy with their jobs or their lives and take a sad pleasure from this. Anyhow it was much, much cheaper elsewhere and I was glad they did not have a penny of my money. What goes around comes around.

The aim of this place is simply cheat tourists. They charge 3 or 4 times the normal price. Also, they refused to give me back my money after checking other store prices. NEVER buy anything there. If you need something in San Francisco city center, I would recommend a Radioshack shop that is near Union Square.

The staff was nice, but obviously a scam. A simple wide angle lens was originally quoted for $299. I said I wanted to think about it, so he brought it down to $275. As I walked out the store, he said he could do it for $199 as business was slow.5 minutes later and I found the same no-name lens on Amazon for $24. Beware.

If possible, I would give -5.Ill just say that we paid 80 dollars when we could have found what we bought for 20 or less. A trap for tourists.

I got my money refunded! After calling the police. They tried to sell a Lightning to Aux 3.5mm adaptor to me initially for $49.99. I said that was surprisingly expensive, and they dropped the price to $35 (little did I know that it was $9 in the Apple Store). Upon purchasing the product, I went home and tried it. It didnt work. Something was up. The packaging was convincingly Apple and it even came with an Apple certificate, but the dimensions of the adapter were off by a centimeter or so. I brought the product back and told them on camera that it was fake and they should give me a refund. They told me they didnt give refunds, even if it was a counterfeit Apple product. I called the police. Once I hung up, they gave me a refund instantly. NEVER EVER EVER EVER GO HERE.

This store is the terrible. When I went to buy battery, I was robbed of my camera and to sold fake filter at a very expensive. I turned it down, the battery was bought for more than 10 times the price by credit card. （Because he said VISA ONLY!）I went to the store again to request cancellation, I was refused and to sold the same fake filter again. This store is a scam. Why dont such a shop business stop? Is this a matter of fact in America? Even though we were enjoying the trip, it was only a disappointing. Never go.

Went in for a polarizing filter. Was quoted $69.99 for a top quality... as I walked away I was quoted $20 and $10 for the chinese filter. I strongly suggest anyone with an ounce of respect for themselves to stay away from these opportunists. What a terrible business model.

I do not have a yelp account but I created one just to give these dirtbags a review. I wish I could give this place 0 stars because thats what they deserve. I bought a Sony 32gb SD card for my camera at $76.00 and later found out it was only worth $18. They will not tell you about their no money back or no price matching policy when selling you an item 4x its retail price. If you value youre money do not buy anything from them, they will rip you off big time! Literally every single item in this store is very over priced.

BIGGEST RIPOFF EVER! Bought a lens there because I thought it would be cheaper than in New Zealand. Being in a rush I didnt check other prices (and felt really dumb for doing that), but discovered I could have gotten the same lens in New Zealand for a third of the price. They clearly took advantage of me being ignorant. DONT even buy there if youre desperate. They are going to rip you off. Going there tomorrow to try to get a refund but they dont give refunds according to their policy I signed. However, I will make some noise about this.

We drove here through half the city to buy a SIM from Ultra Mobile with unlimited, but it turned out that for the activation you need to pay separately 30 bucks.
