With a first time remodel project, I felt very fortunate that I had Chad and his team to guide me along. The level of handholding and ownership throughout the process has been the most valuable to me.Chad worked with me tirelessly in helping me understand the factors to take into account with the design, coming up with multiple revisions until a final draft was reached. That in itself was no small feat, given how indecisive I can be sometimes. But what really set Chad and his team apart was the way they worked with me throughout the construction process when problems surfaced. And there were many problems in the construction process, some minor but unfortunately for me, a big issue came up. Chad and his team were always responsive and ready to help with whatever it took to get the project back on track. Their level of commitment and responsiveness stayed steady and attentive throughout the construction process up until the last moment after the contractors have left.I feel grateful that I had gone with Chads team at Quality Kitchen Cabinets. The reality is that in a construction project like this, customer service weighs just as much as the cabinets being purchased. I cant emphasize enough how much I appreciate the support and service oriented approach Chad brings to the table as a business.
