Okay... the meat in your diet has not only got to be fresh but you want the best. Look no further than Little City Meats where Mike and his dad serve up choice cuts from the best stock of pork, beef, poultry and hand-made seasoned sausages. Its also a great feeling to walk into a store where you are known by name and treated like family. Old world quality, charm and service... you just cant beat, Little City Meats.

Been here on this corner forever providing the best locally sourced meats long before the high end grocery stores did. The butchers are amazing and will give you suggestions and recipe to beautifully prepare that special cut. The fish is always fresh and probably caught that morning. Prices are fair for the quality received. I enjoy the recipes posted on the windows and they turned out great.

This is a great meat market. The meat is natural and very fresh! It comes from nearby farms and the market, butchers it, and then puts the meat in the case the same day!The owner makes his own meat balls. He uses his hands to tear up the bread crumbs!Everything they do in this store is done with great care and knowledge.This is a family owned business. They are friendly and will make you feel welcomed. After all, you will have your own butcher!

Stopped by Sunday afternoon on a whim. Its a nice clean shop and the owners were very friendly. Unfortunately they were out of the pate de campagne so I couldnt get the sandwich, but got some truffle salamis that were really good. Everything is specifically sourced so their quality is great. Check it out if you live in the neighborhood and want quality meats.

Always Such GREAT selections of fresh excellent meats knowledgeably advised by the great butchers!! We always go here to get a great array of fresh tasty fowl and fish options!! Then fun to wander around North Beach for great meals and espresso!

I bought blood sausage, salmon and chicken. They were the best quality at reasonable prices. Best butcher in north beach by a long shot.

The meat is quality and the counter guys are always willing to chat about preparation and cooking. I get bacon, thinly sliced meat for rouladen, and duck fat - so good! Pssst- cash only but it’s worth it to see them use that gigantic ancient cash register!
