This was my first time going to Jiffy Lube and Im so glad I did. The facility was spotless and the workers were very polite, nice, and helpful. I will definitely go to this particular Jiffy Lube whenever I need service in the future. Id give it more stars if offered.

When it comes to a simple inspection, they act like a rude and a**hole. If you cant do inspection, just stop servicing inspection. And they charged 40$.

These guys are awesome. When they didnt have an oil filter for my car, Princepessa, they topped off my oil, and said they would have get my oil filter a day before my oil change. Because they were so kind, I will go back!

Had to bring my 75 year old fathers new mini cooper in because of a message on the display saying it was due for an oil change. Due to Covid, the new car hadnt even been driven more than 500 miles since it sat in the garage for over 6 months. The guys were incredible. Checked everything including tire pressure and said no oil change would be needed and explained that new car messages nowadays were time based also. Unfortunately they couldnt erase the console message (dealership visit needed) but they were able to reset the oillight on the dashboard. Thanks guys,

Techs got an oil filter ASAP for my partners 2012 Checy Volt from automotive supplier on a Sunday when they didnt have it in stock. Only a 30 minute delay. Polite and efficient staff. Id go there again and hope the same techs are on duty.

I called this Jiffy Lube Geary location to get a starter battery ordered for my Prius. In the morning, I spoke to someone who kindly ordered my starter battery and quoted me for the installation and said to come by after an hour had passed when the battery arrives. I called back shortly after to tell them I would be running a little late but that I was on my way. When I called back, a worker named Will answered the phone and then he told me that they could not do the battery replacement after all because my starter battery needed to be “reprogrammed” and that they didn’t do that. They said to call Van Ness Jiffy Lube to get help.I did just that, however, none of their mechanics have ever heard of a starter battery in a Prius needing to be “reprogrammed” after replacement. The guy just said to call back Geary Jiffy Lube and confirm to make sure they knew that I needed a starter battery, not a hybrid battery. I did that, and another guy by the name of Aaron then answered the phone this time and I told him The same thing and what happened: that the battery didn’t need reprogramming because it’s the starter battery, not the hybrid battery. I even called Toyota of San Francisco to make sure and they too said that my Prius did not require any kind of reprogramming. Aaron then aggressively, unprofessionally, and repeatedly yelled to his coworker, Will, “what do you want me to say? What do you want me to say?”Will instructed Aaron to tell me that they wouldn’t do it. And basically Aaron just denied me service without even trying to communicate to Will what I was trying to say. He didn’t even try helping me at all, just wanted to get off the phone it seemed.Terrible customer service, unprofessional, and they don’t know what they’re doing. At least Will and Aaron don’t. Hope they aren’t running the show when you need something.

Im a bit of mixed feelings about this place. Last time I just changed oil here, no problems. Couple of days ago it was different. Customer service always good, but this time they forgot to change air filter and reset service maintenance computer. Otherwise all good.:))

Still didn’t get my refund it’s been what a month now!? Anyways I thought that the owner reached out to resolve the issue they caused by charging me for something that I should be getting for free!

Ive always gotten what I expect from Jiffy Lube, and theyve been consistent and helpful over the years. Rarely are they pushy about extras, but when I need them theyve been reasonable. I appreciate the professionalism and speed of service.

I normally change my own oil. But, I dont like getting dirty anymore. Also, it can be a hassle getting rid of the used oil when all the recycled oil drums are full. Its just easier for me to have it done so I dont have to deal with these details.

Happy they were open. Convenient & adapted to current pandemic situation. You sit in the car instead of the office. I took one star off because of an after thought, they didnt clean my windows. Not a game changer. Been going here for years.

Very quick oil change service. I pulled up at the right moment. A few cars pulled up right behind me. They brought my car in, changed the oil, rotated the tires and checked the fluid levels in a very short amount of time. The staff was friendly. Just wish the process were a little cheaper, however I did find a coupon on their website for the oil change I printed ahead of time. Best thing is there was no appointment needed!

I brought my car as always (since it was brand new) they did the oil change in less than 10 minutes!!! They didnt even touch the windows, didnt check the tires, of course when They cashed me out they said that everything was done! Im absolutely have to find another place to do my oil change moving forward

Was road tripping cross country, stopped here for an oil change. Tech was distracted by a girl walking by while pouring the oil, spilled a good amount around the exhaust header area. Fumed quite a bit. Even after best efforts of a different conscientious tech to clean it off with washer fluid. Im not even sure if they used the right oil grade even after telling them which to use.

Ive been taking my car here for a few years now for regular maintenance and its always been a smooth process. It can get pretty crowded on the weekends but the staff does a great job of keeping things moving along. Prices are decent and you can always find coupons on their website or in the mail. The staff is honest with the work they do on your car and never try to sell you services that you dont need. They dont get offended or pushy if you decline their recommendations.

Went there to get an oil change and my ignition went wrong and wasnt able to start. wasnt sure what it was but had a suspicion it might have been my old key. store was nice enough to have staff offer a ride to home which was quite a bit out of the way to get a spare key to try to resolve it. it worked. nice crew and very helpful team

This is the worst experience that make me want to vomit!I came in on Tuesday afternoon after 4 pm in 5/21/2019 to Change oil. I can hear this guy with dark hair, 5.5-5.9 feet ans non- asian looking said, hi Buddy! Instead of say good afternoon. ( sad). I told him I need an oil change only.Then I wait in the lobby. Not long after I’m done using a restroom. He said, the service was done. I showed him online coupons and only for $7. Instead he said he gave me $10 ( make me wonder why?). Because I’m in such a hurry to go back to east bay, I drove the car right a way! On the way to the bridge then I realized about the mesh the on the front and rear passenger seat of my car! They did took of the cabin filter but leaves my stuff scattered on the floor!I’m really not happy with this monkey job style of service. I wonder why people gave such good reviews????? It’s asshame Service and not a worth to visit. Never go back and will tell others to stay away.( I wonder if they really change the oil and the rest)

These guys did a great job with my oil change. I was watching every now and then through the window and every time I looked they were working on one detail or another.

A convenient place to get your oil changed. They also can replace air filters and burnt out lamps. They check everything on your car and make recommendations for services (which can get a little pricey). In addition, they vacuum the interior, wash the exterior of the windows and inflate your tires to the correct pressure!

I want to like this place but Im beginning not to. Mainly because they forget to follow through on some things. For example, wiper fuild or vacuuming, I need to remind them and I dont like too because it comes off as complaining. Petty I know, I hope it improves but we pay for a service.

The vacuuming isnt the reason to come here. But if you appreciate a quick, reliable oil change without wasting most of your day, this is a good location if youre in the city. I dont particularly like the upsell for all the other services but the basic service is good value.

Dont give your money to this store! Douglas (a skinny asian guy with glasses) is a rude employee, with no respect for the clients, smoking on the premises, with a rude approach together with the other employees. They come to you like you are dying for them, like what do you want here!?

FAST. no hard pressure upsell either. Be are to grab a coupon of the web before you pay, you can scan the barcode right in your phone screen.

The manager at this shop is rude. I would avoid it at all costs. he is unprofessional and I think he has a problem with women.....be careful. his name is randy and he is, quite simply, reaching for a low bar in client service. If I could do a minus star...i would.

I always came to do the oil change (not because I like the place to be honest) its because is the most closer to my house but I dont know why every time that I came to do the same (oil change) is a different price !! Fist time 75 dlrs. Next time 125 dlrs next 95 and now 145 dlrs.. I was watching the receipts from the last times and they supost be are doing charge for bacum and tinks w no sense!!
