I wish I could give them 6 stars. They are the nicest and most helpful staff. Most items need to be ordered and they will give you all the info you need to make a choice. We are amateur bowlers so it was very helpful.

Super friendly. Super nice. Kinda of small but it has that home feeling. Price is cheaper then other places Ive been too.

When I dropped off two plaques to get engraved, they asked if I needed them back quickly and I said no. However, I did not know that this meant that two small engravings added to a plaque would mean I wouldnt get them back for a month and a half. During this month and a half, no one called to update me on any kind of progress. I called multiple times and had to wait to call back later or to receive a call back from them because they didnt have the right person for me to talk to, or didnt know when my plaques would be done.

Friendly owner. The website doesnt detail that they must order and then assemble their merchandise-- nothing in stock-- which wouldve been nice to know beforehand. And engraving takes 2-4 weeks. Bustling business by the look of things, though.

I have had them engrave sterling and silver plate items and have found their price, seervice and quality to be outstanding.
