Great product and customer service. I ordered 36 for $36 and happy to try all amazing flavors Hint Water got. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a healthier beverage option.

Wanted to give an update, we now have 4 cases of Hint shipped to the house monthly. I love the lemon and my husband loves the Watermelon. Looking forward to trying to visit the store again and hopefully better experience this time. We were excited that they had a shop to visit to try some different flavors. First time we went we were told it was the young lady who works there it was her lunch break could we come back in an hour. We complied and walked the neighborhood then returned an hour later, the door was locked and she was busy chatting and totally ignored us. Not a very good experience.

Horrible customer service at best!! Ashley N was the worst to deal with and when i finally spoke to a live person (Ashley) she was rude and hung up on me. I used to be a subscribed member to their water and at this time will never purchase again. From a store, on line or anywhere else they sell it, until they make this right!

I was disappointed to find out the PH level in these waters is too high for people with GI disorders. After I bought some. When I reached out to the company all they said “hint has only 2 ingredients: Purified Water, and Fruit Essence. Everything in our waters is derived from non-GMO plants.” whoop de doo. Go CS. Way to make friends. Also they let me know the store is unassociated with the website which seems fishy.

They seriously never answer emails for support and what the hell is a leave a voicemail to talk to someone. Poor customer service.

I’m all for being healthy and watching what I put in my body but this water was completely disgusting. I’d rather drink purified unflavored water before I’d try Hint again. 🤢🤮

The blackberry is my favorite. I dont drink alcohol or too many sweetened beverages. These make a refreshing treat!

Trying to modify my subscription. They dont return emails nor do they call back when you leave phone messages. Worst customer service ever. I guess I will just block their charges with my credit card company.
