Just old school cool

A great place for shoes. Reasonably priced quality footwear, with the characteristic thick sole. This is a big store, so they have a lot of styles on display. From fun shoes with characters and beautiful designs - sometimes with matching accessories, to more serious shoes that would not look out of place in the modern corporate office.

Very friendly service that accommodated my 9 year kiddos shopping impulses.

The sales associate was extremely wonderful. She wasnt pushy at all and helped me with sizing. I ended up purchasing TWO special edition pairs of docs!

Employee was extremely rude. The coronavirus has caused complications. She refused me to shop because I wanted to use my own hand sanitizer and not touch theirs. She made me leave and told me to shop online. She proceeded to tell me to remain 6 ft waay from her when she was walking towards me and got in my face. I was very displeased and they missed a sale, as I was there buying my daughter new boots. If they have employees like this, I wont shop there anymore.

Employees were very nice. Unfortunately the two times I went to this specific store they did not have the sizes I needed. It got to be very busy, when I asked about how to take care of my docs they just said here you go (while handing me the products) without really telling me what to do. Would probably go in and check how the shoes fit and just have it shipped to my place because free shipping.

The best and possibly only place to view Dr. Martens entire selection in the bay area. The staff here is very helpful and can make good suggestions. Pretty much any boot in the catalogue can be seen here. The area is a little weird, but its famously weird and not especially unsafe during the day so its kind of part of the experience.

Loved this Doc Martens store. The woman who helped me was very friendly. The shoes didnt fit quite right (too big or too small, no in-between) so she brought out insoles that made them fit perfectly. Very friendly and very patient.

Great place to find your dr. Martens. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful when it came to the product. They were so helpful when it came to helping my daughter with her first pair. They had her size and whatever they didnt have they were willing to order. Kudos

I asked to see two pairs of boots. The lady who helped me was actually really mean to me, I don’t know why. She blamed me when she brought out the wrong shoes, and tried to fight with me about it. Instead of being helpful and nice she was rude and treated me like I was stupid. She must’ve had some other thing happen to her to make her be that mean to me. Another lady helped me after that, she was sort of nice. No one was really helpful and I didn’t feel welcome at all.

The store is well stocked, and the staff was amazing at answering questions and helping you find the right size. The store was clean, and there was plenty of help. They only ask you once if you need help and they dont act like youre about to steal something. My only complaint was the street it was located at, I didnt feel safe. But thats just me.

Oh my God! The Nirvana of classic, stylish oxfords, boots, bags, etc.Because we visited after dark, we parked right across the street! The folks who helped us were SO helpful and knowlegeable. They didnt hover, but were available and professional.

Great store for shoes. Both my wife and I purchase our walking shoes, work shoes, and casual shoes at this store. Drawback is the challenging parking space. Plan on spending at least $150 on up for a pair of shoes. Quality shoes, Good customer service, and hip environment.

Always satisfied with everything from shoes to handbags. Location and parking a little difficult. Well worth it.

Awesome service right away, everyone was very friendly and comforting with my search for my second pair of Docs. Found what I liked quickly and easily. Would definitely recommend this store to everyone if you need some solid shoes for concerts or rough weather while looking awesome at the same time.

So I walked in here and there was this white girl who looked down on me. She didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in. I get it I’m not white but like at least say something when I greet you. I don’t get it, what’s wrong with the people in this place ???

Horrible. I walked in with my partner. Got made fun of by the female employee. She turned me off for life i will never own nor consider owning docs again. Absolutely horrible experience

Had a little Problem with the size but I didnt need to worry about it and so I just returned them without any trouble. The service was so nice and I realy recomend to visit especially this or any other Doc-Store, if youre lookin for cool new Docs.

My brother bought a pair and paid cash. He wore them for a couple of days. They would not lace up properly as they were defective. He tried to return them. They refused to refund his money. They told him that because he wore them out of the store they could not refund his money. I would understand if he just didnt like them. But they are defective. Its just not right they refuse to return his money because he paid cash. If he paid with a credit card they would have no choice. He would have been able to dispute the charge. Dirty practices stand by your product dr. Martin.

The staff at the Dr. Martens store were extremely friendly and helpful. They made our shopping experience extremely enjoyable.

I came here to replace a pair of Docs Id had for 16 years. The staff was super-helfpul in helping me choose between a Made in England pair or the For Life version (I chose For Life). THe store was nicely decorated and a neat place to go. Im going back again soon to get a pair of shoes since Im so impressed with the comfort of the For Life boots.

Do not buy anything here, if you want boots like Dr Martens, Solovair makes much better boots in the same style.Awful customer service here, I have always bought Dr Martens boots and loved them, but the sneakers I bought were horrible and expensive. I wore the shoes once and they badly bruised my foot because the arches were incredibly high. This was not apparent in store, but after half an hour outside, I needed to change shoes.When I came back for a solution, the salespeople acknowledged how oddly high the arches were but said there was nothing they could do. They gave me a card to contact customer service just so they could get me out if the store. They could not offer an exchange or any sort of resolution despite the shoes being literally unwearable.The customer service line was, of course, unable to do anything.Again, do not buy anything here or you will end up stuck with unwearable items.

Very good quality boots, expensive, but they last forever. Totally worth it.

Tough customer service policies on shipping and trying to get any item that this store sells from their main customer service website. Tried on a pair of specific shoes that were out of stock on their website. When we asked if they could ship them to us, they said there was no way they could.

Staff is friendly and helpful, a full collection of Dr.Martens for any taste and size.
