I think the lady I always see might be the owner who is super sweet and always helpful even though I only visit to buy scratchers.

Had a great experience here today. The staff were happy to chat with me and helped me pick out some learning and reading materials for simplified and traditional Chinese. They seemed to have a good collection of books, magazines, movies, and music. Will visit again.
