Wanted my bridge done for a year, when I was visiting SF I finally decided to go for it! So glad I found Ten Tigers. Their covid protocols are tight but it gives you a great peace of mind. My piercer was so kind, funny and informative! I have 11 other piercings and this was the first time I got to pick the size of the balls on my jewelry, AND they included aftercare with the price! I came here a few weeks ago for piercing as I was in town form NY.Ten Tigers is so professional, welcoming, clean and knowledgeable. This wasnt a shady shop where the piercers/artists are too cool for everyone else. They had a great selection of jewelry.Its been four weeks and my piercing looks great, Ive held exceptionally well.

Okay so I wrote a review a few weeks ago about my nostril piercing and how great it was, and now I’m writing about the septum piercing I just got two days ago. I scheduled with Gary again, he remembered me which was crazy to me, and he did a fantastic job on my septum piercing just like he did for my nostril! I cannot give enough positive feedback about Ten Tigers. I will only go to them for all of my piercings from here on out. Thank you so much!!!!

I went in for my second upper earlobe piercing. The price was steep but you are paying for the QUALITY of their work and products.. I have been to other piercing places where they are cheaper but my piercings got infected. TORI pierced my ears. She was very informative, funny, and thorough. The staff is taking serious protocols due to COVID-19 which I appreciated. Just make sure you ask them to breakdown the price and costs.

I had a super great experience at Ten Tigers. I just got my first nose piercing, and Gary was amazing and super helpful. He’s super confident in his judgement and very thorough with explaining aftercare and the healing process. He was also very welcoming of questions and concerns. It was quite clear to me that they have a lot of experience in what they do, and there’s no doubt I’ll be going back for more.

Got my septum pierced. The piercer was quick, professional, and answered all my questions. He put in a flipped up retainer while it heals. In a few weeks Ill go back and have it taken out and pick out a new septum ring.

Technically, this was a good experience from all points of health and safety. However, baked into their policy is some nickel-and-dime tactics, which left me with a sour taste in my mouth. After paying several hundred dollars, I was directed come back in a few weeks to buy a shorter post for $17. I understand a longer post in an new ear piercing can allow room for inflammation, but why is this price not mentioned in the base price? Why do I have to feel duped into paying even more? Additionally, there was an issue when the back of my new earring easily fell off after a few days. Went back and was scolded for booking a piercing appointment rather than just walking in. I didnt deserve a lesson, especially when the language wasnt clear on how to book a pop-in visit. I left not feeling like a valued customer.

Didnt catch the name of the piercer, but I took my sister here for her first PROFESSIONAL piercing [finally!] and we were so happy. She loved her experience and the cost was great. Thank you again!

I got an ad for their promotion for $10 piercing and a portion will be donated to an animal shelter. I came in with my friend the next day. I planned to get helix piercings on both ears. My friend planned for a conch piercing. Unfortunately, I dont remember the name of the people who helped us, but they were both very helpful.The girl working helped us with jewelry and answered all our questions. I love that they have a bigger selection of jewelry. She was really helpful and was super patient with us. Once we decided, she gave us the forms and we went into the small room. The man who pierced us actually recommended me to not get my other ear pierced due to my ear shape/fold. He was super informative and friendly. The piercing was done quickly and well.I would definitely recommend this place for piercings. They were quick and helpful. They also offered a 15% off jewelry if we came back for a check up within a few weeks.

Ten Tigers took my wife in with a slight emergency with a piercing we got from another out of town studio. They interrupted their schedule, treated us very kindly, and had us on our way with a minimum of pain and fuss and with great advice. Great people, massive amount of compassion and knowledge.

This is by far the best piercing shop I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to some of the best all over the country. The woman working the front desk was incredibly nice an funny. The piercer was super competent. I got a nipple piercing and he was very fast, and it was as easy and painless as it could’ve been. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!!!!!

Great experience! Never had a piercing before and they definitely were patient and helped calm the nerves. Tori was great! Super nice and professional. She did a great job making me feel comfortable and getting my piercing done exactly how I wanted it. Props on the covid protocols! They are not messing around with this pandemic. Great job guys!

Got my bridge pierced here by Tori. She did a perfect job and explained her entire process really thoroughly. I wear glasses and was nervous about it, but she walked through it with me and made sure I would be okay to wear them during healing.The shop is beautiful and clean, and in a great spot. There is no pretentiousness here and I am likely to come back and only get jewelry here to support her!

I got my first industrial piercing here a few weeks back. It was really quick, and when I felt faint, my piercer Gary acted really quickly. Everyone is also super friendly and knowledgeable. Ill definitely be back for more piercings.

As professional and friendly and conscientious as it gets. There is a real warmth and authenticity to this place that’s hard to describe. I’ve been to several different Bay Area piercing places over the years and this is the one that really feels like the home I’ll keep coming back to.

Tori is wonderful and helpful, I really enjoyed going to her each time I have stretched my love piercings. Only gripe I have is that she is a little inconsistent with her open hours. Many times I have come and the sign says open and yet the door is locked. Very frustrating.
