Cesar is the best of the best! He totally has perfected his craft. He took the time to learn about my riding background, areas of strengths and limitations, all while delivering the best customer service. The variety of tools and technology they use to provide the utmost thorough bike fitting is incredible. I got a new stem and feel totally realigned on the various minor tweaks that were made. I feel so much more comfortable and confident in riding, and appreciate all the insight Cesar had to offer. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for that detailed 1/1 experience. Cesar is excellent. Theyre very thorough and know what theyre doing. They have their own line of parts, and they are really good, so feel free to get a new stem, seat post, foot bed, etc there. Just great stuff. And you get a video of yourself riding your bike at the end!

3D Bike Fit is great! They did a great job getting my bike adjusted to be well fitting and comfortable.

This is the place to go for a proper pro bike fit in SF. I previously had a fit at another pro fit studio for about the same price, and what I got from Cesar at 3D was on an entirely different level than I got from the other studio. The video tech they use at 3D is no joke, it really provides a level of measurement that translates to positive results. The parts they have in stock are fairly high end, but Cesar was totally mindful of my budget and did what he could to set me up with the right parts without forcing anything unnecessary on me.The guy who originally built my bike did some funky stuff that lead to a technical challenge for Cesar during the fit, but he was very patient and navigated it perfectly. Im confident in his mechanic skills, and convinced he would not let a customer leave the shop with a bike that was poorly fit or unsafe, even if it meant a little more work on his end.Ill be back with my other bike soon!

Cesar knows his craft, a great fit takes a lot more than cool tech (although they have Retul and all that). During my first fit, Cesar took the time to learn about my riding and racing, my strengths and limitations, and he put me in a position that while a bit more upright, was noticeably more powerful and less fatiguing. I have a tough foot shape/arch so I went with the custom insoles and I cant speak highly enough about those too. I went back for a refit recently and had another great experience.

Ive been riding/racing for over 16 years. 3ds fit gave me an epiphany that Ive been riding now where near the right position for 16 years! I could have been in the The Tour De France if I would have found them sooner! :) Id highly recommend getting their custom insoles too or at least ask about them so they explain the benefits in detail. Cesar and Kevin are great, they take the time to get you in the right position based off science and experience. I told them I wanted to slam my stem and have that PRO look but my body isnt that flexible and they put me in the RIGHT position. The best way to describe a fit from 3d...It now feels like my skeletal structure is doing the majority of the work and everything feels more natural now. I can ride for hours with less fatigue and higher power numbers! Thanks guys!

I went there for bike repair, they were super rude and told me that they don’t fix others bikes.

Cesar was great as usual. He was able to dial me into my bike so that it felt natural to be on the bike.

Had been fitted previously by another well known bicycle fitter and suffered from severe knee pain. Was off the bicycle for nearly a year thinking I had IT band problems until approaching 3D bike fit. Kevin & Cesar were able to determine some issues with my last fit based off of my symptoms and just looking at my bicycle. After adjusting my bicycle fit, I went from bicycling less than a mile before my right knee locked up to 30+ mile rides on the regular. Couldnt be happier and I cant recommend 3D bike fit enough. Getting a proper fit isnt just for pro athletes, it is beneficial to everybody.

I went through two bike fits previous to my appointment. Too bad I didnt come here first. Kevin was the one who did my 3D Advanced Retul Video Fit. I am very impressed by his knowledge of biomechanics, experience and passion.I got wider pedals, better saddle, ultralight anatomic insoles and shorter crancks. Wow! What a difference this made!Improved level of comfort, smooth pedal strokes, higher power output at lover heart rate.Simply Magic!Thank you Kevin!

The second best thing after a new bike.

I know that a good bike fit is key to being comfortable and efficient on the bike, so I thought Id try a high-end bike fit from 3D Bike Fit. I was looking for a comfortable but aggressive position on my triathlon bike. The bike fit felt rushed, and what was supposed to take 4 hours took about 2 hours, and left me with a very upright position on the bike. I took the fitters advice on not making any adjustments so I could get used to the new position for a few weeks, continue to stretch, etc..After a few weeks I was still uncomfortable on the bike (while still being in a very upright position) and decided to get another fitter involved. I went to another fitter in the area who made several adjustments, changed my saddle, and put me in a more comfortable and aerodynamic position. What a difference!3D Bikefit does have lots of fancy tools for providing a bike fit, but none of that matters if your $400 bike fit puts me in a worse position than a $110 bike fit does. In 3Dbikefits defense Cesar did offer for me to come back to make some minor changes to the fit since I was unhappy, but after a quick visit to another fitter theres no way Id go back to 3Dbikefit.They did sell me some shoe inserts that Im happy with, but otherwise consider the fitting a big waste of money.

Very knowledgeable and take their time with the customer. You do not feel rushed!
