Loved the place. They have a massive variety of tea flavours available (around 150 different flavours if I remember correctly), the staff members were very friendly and helpful, their prices werent too expensive and the shop looks inviting from the outside. Other than just selling loose leaf tea, you can also purchase freshly-brewed loose leaf tea from DAVIDsTEA
Went there and waited nicely in line to be served just to see the sales lady serving another pushy client in front of me (the other sales member was busy with an incredibly dumb client that asked so many stupid questions that I felt sorry for the guy and waited for longer). After waiting for 10 more minutes no one bothered to say a sorry for ignoring me while other clients were being pushy.I still gave this place 2 stars because they have a nice range of teas and serve cold and warm drinks prepared in store although if you are an avid tea lover you will quickly notice that the tea is not the high quality leaf drink you might expect. Their blends are mostly fruit and flavored mixes than good quality tea blends.
This tea store is fantastic and the workers were so upbeat and helpful even when the line was long and customers were angry! They helped us pick out some tea according to our taste and I would definitely recommend dropping by if you like or want to get into drinking tea. The products are superb as well!
Love the selection of teas here! Im from overseas and dont have a lot of these teas so I come here every time I visit. This time the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had a tea that I couldnt identify and was helped for a good 20 minutes. I came away with several teas that Im excited to try.
They have a wonderful tea selection. The service is great and knowledgeable. I wish that the space was more thoughtfully designed.
Staff who truly love tea and excel at high level customer service. Huge selection to choose from. Free samples and quality tea brewing products.
This is my favorite tea shop in the mall. The employees here are very knowledgeable and often prescribe the best tea for my ailing needs. When I am feeling under the weather, whether it be a cold, Im bloated from my heavy meal, or anxiety kicks in, I like to come to this place. And I always feeling slightly better after a sip of their recommended teas. I really like Cold 911 when I have a cold. If I have a sore throat or just want something yummy, I really love the Bravissimo tea. I just started getting into mulberry tea, and their Mulberry Magic and Pistachio Cream are really tasty. But I think the tea that really got me into this place is Jessies Tea, which is a very calming tea, that is really great for anxious folks like me. I dont think I ever let here disappointed, except just a little by the taste of the Secret Weapon tea, when I was sick. It didnt taste so good to me, but I admit that it didnt make me feel crappy. I think it may have helped soothe my throat and my cold slightly. My cabinets are starting to fill up with so much tea from here. I may need to take a break from here... But that may not be necessary, as I really enjoy drinking the teas from here, and can actually foresee my set of teas running out in a few months.
I work here its the best job Ive ever had everyone is super laid back and cool Ill miss it dearly
Even if you dont like tea, this place has the tea experience down to an art. The employees are always so happy and sunny, Id go there to just see them if I needed a smile. They have an amazing tea selection and are happy to pull every single tea off the shelves for you to smell. I go here at least twice a week.
Smaller shop, but they do a good job managing the different customer needs and crowds. Somehow never make me feel rushed. Expensive compared to a supermarket, not expensive compared to real premium tea purveyors. They sell something for every type of tea drinker and have a very nice selection of decaf tea.
Great staff! Great energy and delicious teas! Also prices are fantastic!
As someone relatively new to tea, I was skeptical. But Davids Tea is really great! Their variety of tea is pretty astounding and some of it is quite delightful. Right now Im sticking to basics, but their earl grey is far more flavorful than anything Ive come across elsewhere.I also have one of their diffuser cups for the office, and a diffuser teapot for at home. They work great.
I love Davids Tea but the experience with the staff in this particular one left a lot to desire compared to other locations. And it wasnt busy at all to get that attitude I got from the staff.
My go to tea! Must try buddahs blend!my favorite. Staff is very knowledgable and friendly
Excellent customer service and atmosphere! The teas served here are refreshing and innovative. Loved also the discount on getting free tea with the purchase of product
I go here every time Im in the area. The employees are fantastic
The saleslady was very knowledgeable about her tea, and super friendly too. I tend to be on the curmudgeonly side of things, but she was able to upsell me and I didnt mind at all.
Crowded but friendly. It was not easy to find the shop cuz it located in big department store.
They were very friendly and helpful in finding what I was looking for.
Tucked away inside the San Francisco Westfield Mall, Davids Tea has a vast selection of loose leaf teas ranging from the traditional to the exotic. Similar size and selection to any other location, but the staff here takes their tea consulting duties seriously (so dont be afraid to ask for recommendations)!
The shop is quite popular with a wide selection of teas. But it is also quite expensive. Be careful that you try what you are getting before picking up a large quantity.
The tea I bought was smelless and flavourless. Very dissapointed for what I payed for it.
Now this is a Tea shop. Everyone who works there is energetic and interactive. thier selection of tea is great. If you want to try some new type of teas try the gogi pop, and the earl of lemon.
SO MANY CHOICES!! The workers are all friendly. Theyll help give you tons of recommendations. Love this tea place!
Their customer service is top-notch. Staffs are always knowledgeable and welcoming. But their tea is not as good as their service.Ive tried 20+ kinds of their teas and yet all of them smell nothing more than natural and artificial flavouring and quite watery. I doubt if I did something wrong brewing at the very first sip as I couldnt believe how bland it was and what poor quality tea leaves they used. That thought has been getting stronger and stronger as I try more kinds. Sencha green tea smells fishy, Pu Erhs and Oolongs are like flavorless colored water, rooibos tastes like cardboard, black teas are either flavorless or too unpleasantly bitter. And of course all of them have annoyingly artificial odors. I dont mind a little bit of natural/artificial flavoring, but the level of flavoring in their teas is just overwhelming.Their blend is unique and looks fancy. I know Im paying not for the actual quality but its creativity but Im not a big fan of paying more than three times for the tea which quality is similar or even worse than Twinings and Bigelows youd get at Walgreens. 5 stars for customer service, 1 star for tea.
DavidsTEA in the SF Westfield Centre is very colourful and full of any tea you could possibly fancy. I prefer coming here for tea instead of the dodgy tea shops in China Town. You can order any tea hot or cold which is lovely cos sometimes you just need a cuppa. I love their Autumn collection cos its very warmy. Try the Pumpkin Spice Chai Tea with milk and sugar. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and spend time with customers instead of rushing them. Their are plenty of gift sets as well that could be given to a Tea fanatic like myself.
There was a lady that worked there that was very nice, the other people that worked there were very rude!
The SF location at the Westfield mall has a good selection of teas. Unlike other chain tea stores like Teavana and Lupicia, they offer more organic black teas. They also offer a reward program for frequent buyers.
Really kind and helpful staff!
If tea is your game, skip the Ps and the bucks and get your cuppa from Davids. With an infinite selection of creative blends, you can try something different every time you go - especially with their friendly sampling practices. Browse their color-coded wall of tea with flavors like Pineapple Oohlong, Blood Orange Puerh and Read My Lips. They even have mate and rooibos blends. If its a gift youre after, their Perfect Mug with a built-in infuser will make any tea lover smile, plus they have variety packs, teapots and more. As if serving and selling tea and tea accessories wasnt enough, they even offer free wifi. Ill never buy tea from anywhere else again.
Spent $5 on what was supposed to be green tea but was literally just ice water...

If you have a lot of tea and you can buy tea leavesHe / she puts tea like drinking on the spot! When I went there, there were shop assistants who could speak Japanese. The package is cute so its especially recommended for women! ! Delicious tea, good tea for the body, and so on.When you lose oil in a meal overseas, or for some reason you want to drink delicious green teaIt is a nice teahouse that can be used easily and cheaply.
Good tea and very interesting, the workers are a bit slow but very friendly and the product is always the best.
Friendly clerk. You can drink a lot of samples
Canadian tea shop. There are many kinds of flavor teas and the tumblers are so cute that they will probably buy them.
Very good
I really like teas; especially those that are infused with tropical fruits.
