We bought a Murphy bed and had it installed in a room. The product is good and sturdy. However when we reached out to have them install it back to another room we leaned that they would charge $2,000 for the service! Let’s say it takes 3 hours to disassemble and reassemble it is more than $650/h.Just be aware.

Stellar product and excellent customer service. I had a small nick in one of the panels and Resource Furniture themselves insisted on perfection. Not cheap but no comparison to cheaper wallbeds. So worth it.

Excellent customer service - from start-to-finish. Predictable, fast, and professional. They took great care to set my expectations and ensure things worked like clockwork and nothing was damaged during delivery. Theyd be 5 stars if it werent for the fact that the delivery service scheduled time and then had to reschedule at the last minute. The delay was a matter of a few days.
