I got value for the money I spend and the quality of furniture I received. Low sales pressure while browsing the display merchandise at the store. The service is excellent. I ordered a bedroom set, and it took a little longer for the store to deliver because of the pandemic. But the store kept me informed. When the bed arrived, the workers were quick in assembling them. I love how my bedroom looks right now

Ive bought a 2 couches and a mattress here on 2 separate occasions. You really cant beat the quality and price combination. They also do shipping which is quite nice. Finally, the place is family-owned and is staffed by 3 generations of the family, so its always nice to help support small, family run businesses. Would highly recommend!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. This business is the front of a scam. I placed a $100 deposit on an mattress that I initially wanted but I ended up going with another store. This company initially stated that the deposit would be refunded, however it never was. I called multiple times with no answer. When, I was finally able to go in the workers and manager were in an empty showroom ignoring the calls. The manager proceeded to YELL at me stating that I was never charged ignoring the charge from his company on my bank statements. He urged me to call my bank, stating they would back up his claim I was never charged. The bank disagreed, informing me that this is common activity for businesses that engage in malpractice. Ive filed a report, but beware.Do not trust their recommendations. Do not trust their posted prices as the final price. DO NOT SHOP HERE

I bought my bedroom set from them back in 2007 after an exhaustive search in both the bay area and LA (where there are more furniture stores), and it is still doing great! I would buy from them again.

Buyers BEWARE! Worst customer service you will ever receive. Please read the terms and condition. Ask them for a break down of the invoice before purchasing. They charge 20% restocking fee of the INITIAL price even if you pay for the SALES price. Which made no sense at all! I am picking up the furnitures myself and they are forcing me to go with their schedule to pick up because they have no room at the warehouse. Do not trust these people. Calling and talking to them is a pain! I have talk to my manager or we will call you back later or tomorrow like whos even running this place?!Please be careful and be sure before giving money to this store. And if something is wrong with the delivery, they will no take it back to replace it.BEWARE!!!!!!
