Absolutely fantastic products. I was referred to this store by a friend and was looking to completely change my skincare routine. The lady’s were so nice and helpful and had a ton of information and recommendations based on my skin type. It is on the expensive side, but their products are completely worth it! All natural ingredients and all around high quality! Definitely found my new skincare go to.

This is by far my favorite beauty store! They make the transition to clean beauty SO easy and have fantastic staff who give great recommendations. The investment is worth it and they have an awesome recycling program (make sure to wash out items you bring to them for recycling!). The products they have compare to (and often beat) the quality of what you find in a Sephora, not to mention they are better for you AND the environment. Give it a try, I have no doubt youll love it!

I went to this place to buy a make-up brush and a liquid mascara. The brush is a good size and it has bristles rather than plastic spikes. This mascara is definitely worth the hype or promotion. It is was inexpensive and it gives absolutely perfect lashes. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

All of the staff are very helpful with all my concerns. The girl I worked with helped me with my new styles and genuinely cares about my hair. I love the service and her prices are reasonable. The best beauty shop in the city! They offer not just hair cut, rebonding, or coloring but also foot spa, massage, and facial treatments. They also sell beauty products such as lipstick, skincare, and many more. It was a one-stop beauty shop in the city! Thank you for this heaven-like place for us girls!

Randomly found myself in SF today and decided to stroll in for something to do. I was pleased to know that they were practicing social distancing (as all open businesses should be) but still allowing customers to experience products by offering a safe way to test them (in my case, a super friendly sales associate sprayed a few sample blotters with my preferred scents, and labeled them so I would know which was which). I know that doesn’t sound like a big deal, but when you’re looking at scents, that means everything. Positive experience = I’ll be back once I’m ready to purchase. I wish more retailers would do this. I get it - times are weird and we can’t touch anything, which I totally respect - but if that’s the case, make it easy on the customer and spray a blotter! Simple solution.

Anthony was fabulous! He was knowledgeable and helped with a whole list of things I needed (did a makeup overhaul to switch to clean makeup). He found me a killer lipstick, which I got a lot of compliments for. Very sweet and helpful. Did a lovely express facial too. Love this store. Wish there was one in Germany.

This review is for Hannah who SUCKED at helping me while I was shopping at Credo yesterday.My first visit was great and ended up spending $700 because Katina knew what she was doing. She was very knowledgeable, very sweet & very helpful.Second time, not so great. The store was busy which i understand but anytime i was trying to get someones (Hannah) attention for basically asking her what were her best selling items for masks, I kept getting shut down in a rude way.The I dont have time attitude. and why are you asking me that question?I did end up buying some products - close to $400.. ON MY OWN .. but I left the store very unhappy and in a hurry.Oh by the way..I was so excited about this store and took my friend w/me for her first time. She spent a lot less and got some delicious samples from the other sales person. Me: spent 5 times more than her and got a rude goodbye.Thanks Credo for your great customer service.Cheers.

Popped in while on vacation! The store was clean,very well organized and the staff was beyond helpful. They were both informative and honest, not pushy at all. Would def go back if there was a Credo in Houston;)

I love the Credo Beauty shop, its fun, modern and full of wonderfully natural products. Last time I was in, Whitney helped me find the perfect hair styling products, taking into consideration my allergies. Looking forward to my next trip to the city so I can stop by Credo for more beauty adventures.

The girls here are always kind and welcoming, not to mention SUPER knowledgeable about all the amazing products. They carry almost all of my favorite natural brands, and even have a little spa for facials in the back. Makes me wonder why anyone would step foot into a Sephora ever again!

Some nice products but nasty unprofessional attitudes from some of the staff, especially the manager and I don’t like her waiting on me. . She definitely should not be a manager or a salesperson. Also, I have experienced feelings of age discrimination while shopping there. You don’t have to be under 50 to appreciate good skincare, ladies. Get over yourselves! Yesterday, another salesperson offered me a used product to have using my store points because they were out it. Ewww! It was pretty disgusting. Some of the staff are very nice so I apologize but if there was another store in SF that offered products like they sell in Credo, I’d never shop here. Credo, you should read your bad reviews as well as the good ones.

Since switching over to using only all natural skin care products, Ive gotten used to buying everything online, which has its upsides and downsides (including not being able to test/smell product before purchasing it or browse different brands and products). At Credo, I can browse through an amazing selection of all natural products, curing me of my online shopping-only woes. The staff is knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. They aim to please the customer and proffer their honest opinions of the products they sell, many of whom have tried them before. I hope Credo expands and opens stores on the East Coast (please?!?). Overall, impressive array of natural products coupled with helpful staff = winning combination!

Glad I found this clean beauty gem in SF. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Special shout out to Bilal who helped me choose a few products. Right after my visit, I went to Sephora to return recently purchased products since I originally was on the hunt for makeup that is better for the skin and non-toxic. A couple of people stopped me and asked what makeup I was wearing since my skin looked like my skin. You should have seen their reaction when I told them I was not wearing anything from Sephora. I highly recommend visiting Credo and will definitely be returning again soon!

Glad they sell Mother Dirt mist spray at this location. For the mist, you need to ask the cashier to grab it because they have it refrigerated in the back of the store.

This is one of my favorite stores in the city and I am so lucky that I have the opportunity to shop at this all natural beauty store. This review is mainly for the staff: 1) Ally (Alexandra), who gave me such sweet service in the past few times Ive visited the store. She always welcomes me back, and has remembered what I bought in order to ask me how the products worked for me. Her makeup recommendations were spot on. I have extremely dry and sensitive skin. And anyone who has this skin type is always on the hunt for products that are gentle enough on the skin, and can make one look as beautiful as those who have normal or oily skin. Ally suggested a makeup line called Kjaer Weis, which has a high price point, but it is the BEST full coverage foundation Ive tried in years (Since I was 18, Ive tried Clinique, Becca, Laura Mercier, Chanel, Makeup Forever, It Cosmetics, and most recently Bare Minerals) I put it on at 7am and it stays until I take it off at 10pm. Wow. Ally has the calmest, sweetest demeanor. Thanks Ally.Katina is another gem working at this store. She approached me today and immediately knew the concerns I had about my skin - I have sensitivity to many ingredients in conventional beauty products due to having eczema. Katina gave me special attention and as she could relate to my skin type. She even went as far as using sponges during the application of any skincare products, instead of her bare fingers - in order to be sanitary and to be more gentle while applying Marie Veronique Soothing Oil and the RMS concealer i bought. She listened to everything I had to say, and said the most kindest words, You dont have to hide anything from me, because I had pulled away my hand which is always blistered because of eczema. She never even let me feel embarrassed about my skin condition. Thank you so much Katina.Overall, I love the wide array of natural skincare and natural makeup products they have, and most of all, the owner has chosen the most kindest ladies to serve all who visit the store. Theyre honest, kind, and really care about their clientele. Thank you Credo, and Credo Staff!
