Great selections on beauty products, but bad customer service.I visited today at the Stonestown location, planning to buy some masks and eyeliner. Stayed in store over 15 minutes, no one acknowledged me no one assisted .There were two sales associates sitting behind registers, chatting, laughing and playing on phone. I felt I walked into a ghost town.I feel sad for the business owner for wasting his or hers payroll on these two associates! They don’t do the work but get paid to damage business reputation!But again, beautiful products and unique selections!

Totally underated! its so cool to see products Ive been hearing about that are trending like crazy in korean and japan, the fact I can pickup great makeup and skincare here is amazing definitely should checkout if youve never had!

Great store for skincare enthusiasts. I am always able to find cult classics in k-beauty or new products that i fall in love with. Prices are lower than other retailers as well!
