I had my tires changed here.The inside of the tire is turned outward.I had the most basic and absurd experience.Never change tires here.I was amazed at Toyota technology.I will never go here.The name alone is Toyota, and the tech is inferior to that of a beginner.

What a rare pleasure to review an entire car dealership that treats it’s customers with respect, honesty, fairness, and an astounding amount of Compassion!Meet Eugenio Ching, assistant service Manager, who in my experience orchestrated many minor miracles, daily assuring his customers got the the best deals on parts and servicing, ASAP when “trouble” got in the way, of their Toyota’s being able to run, or look like they were meant to! The quality of Engenio’s character, intelligence and feel for humanity, would make him the best at any job that had the smarts to hire him! Pay him well, he is a keeper!!

Anthony has been my service rep every time Im there. Great service and they always ALWAYS get my car done on time and ready for me to.Make sure you guys make an appointment a day ahead. It can get a bit hectic there but these guys are super efficient at their job and when getting your car serviced.

My husband and I drove in, without an appointment, on Saturday morning as our rear directional signal was not working. The service center was very busy. But, my husband asked if it would be possible to check and fix our unworking directional. Tommy Yu, the service manager, checked it out immediately and said he could repair it in 5 minutes. Which he did.Thank you, Tommy Yu and SF Toyota, for such excellent service.
