I was working and arrived 9 minutes late (I had an appointment for 4:15 pm) and the guy who was in the front desk was super rude and didn’t give us attention. I was saying to him that I was working, that’s why I came 9 minutes late (and I live in San Francisco, there’s ALWAYS traffic) and he was like “I can’t have your car now because your late, NEXT” and called the other person. Is that the kind of costumer/driver service that Lyft represents when we need it?To the drivers: DONT COME HERE, don’t lose your precious time.

Definitely not a driver friendly inspector. Need to learn to say please and thank you. Not order drivers around. You expect the drivers to treat passengers with respect but you disrespect the drivers how is that possible???Bayshore location

Its gonna make you wanna drive Lyft to get the service you deserve, they will take care of your car real good but you have to be in Lyft community.

Ive been bringing my personal vehicles to Lyfts driver center for several months now and they always give rapid and thorough service almost immediately after i schedule it in the driver app. They have a wide range of services they offer at competitive prices.

Lyft was unable to fix a flat tire!!They took my tire which had a nail in it, charged me for new tires, and rotated the flat tire to a new spot with the nail still in it!Dont let them near your car!

Very honest mechanics. Great customer service and prompt repairs. They document all the steps when doing repairs in case anything unforeseen comes up. They ask for approval before moving forward and ifferndrivers great discounts. Highly recommend going here.

Tribal customer service. I asked for simple questions and they refer me to Oakland and they don’t have any phone number. How can I go there when this company doesn’t have a phone number to call. Should I drive 2 hours to there for ask a simple question. So worse

Huge rip-off. I wish I knew this before I wasted my money. If you don’t know exactly what’s wrong with your car don’t go there. They charge $127 for diagnosis & testing just to figure out the problem (at the end they say we can’t fix it) because we don’t have tools to fix this kind of problem. They recommend you to go to the dealer to pay again another $200 for diagnosis WOW. It’s basically a place for oil changes and replacing brakes not for major car problems. They shouldn’t be charging people for diagnosis and not fixing the problem. Very disappointed.

They dont stand behind their work.*****In response to your inquiry, I brought my Ioniq in for routine maint and tires. I zero out my mpg daily. Before they got to it, i got 62-64 mpg. After, and im talking on the ride home and the next day, i was getting 52-54. I brought it back and explained that regenerative braking seemed fine, but the gas engine wasnt recharging the battery anywhere near as good as before. I estimate a 50% drop in charging, at least. They didnt even bother to pop the hood, and had the mechanic come out and tell me its because of cooler weather. Cooler weather doesnt account for a same day drop in recharging. Ive since checked the forums and found multiple accounts of the same problem, and a few where the reverse happened, and the car got better mileage after servicing. Sounds like a connection problem to me, something not plugged in right. Would have been nice if theyd checked that instead of downsplaining to me.*****

Very fast, efficient, and cheap! Great atmosphere and interaction with the people working there. Free coffee and candy were a nice touch. Not to mention the amazing music selection! Im impressed. I got may car brake pads replaced for just $147.They told me honestly that the rotors did not require replacing, unlike many repair centers which will charge you for unnecessary work.Another place was going to charge me $600 plus to replace the pads and rotors.

Wow to the wow, now I usually get my car done at Honda of El Cerrito but this one time I had to get my service some where else, and I thought why not Lyft. They were friendly and they had an awesome dog there who loved to play and walk around for pets, personally I love dogs. The service guy there went over everything and told me how much it would be. They were soooo fast with oil change and tire rotation and I didnt know the tire rotation was free. So I ended up paying less than a dealership. They had coffee there, along with wifi. Even the security guy was kool, so if you work with Lyft check it out.

All went fine as usual.

It took an hour to wash my car but they never vacuumed under the seats, they cut corners. The price is good but it took way too long for just a car wash and the seats they have to wait are tiny stools and very uncomfortable to sit in for a whole hour.

Driver support team uneducated without driver you cannot survive. If Lyft is close you going to homeless 100% sure. Because if 1 customer complain you deactivate driver account you don’t no what to do that’s why u did deactivate. Why Lyft choose uneducated team.
