I am lucky enough to live right next door to Noe Valley Auto Works, but even if I lived hours away, I would still make the drive. I cannot even begin to express how wonderful these folks are. I have come in for simple things like headlight replacements or oil changes, and have left with a fully cleaned interior/exterior, vehicle inspection and an incredibly reasonable bill. As someone who dreads dealing with car maintenance, I actually look forward to coming here. A great example of what customer service should look like everywhere. Ask for Fred!

These guys were fast, professional, at easy to work with. Compared to my dealer, they were 20% cheaper per hour for labor. When I took my car in, they called me after the diagnostic and testing to review their recommended repairs and I didnt feel like they were pushy for anything and everything, but just telling me what I needed and even took the time to explain through it. Will go back there regularly!

Fast, convenient and personable service. Noe Valley Auto Works is great for tires and maintenance. Ive bought tires here before and found their recommendations to be spot on and prices to be quite good. On a recent visit, they turned around a tire repair on the Monday of a three-day weekend quickly and did an excellent job. They even washed my car and had it ready in the time it took to have brunch in the neighborhood. Everyone in the shop is super nice and pricing for repairs is very transparent and reasonable. Recommend calling ahead, but always have been able to get my cars in on short notice.

I was in the middle of a road trip and driving from San Francisco to Denver. The Subaru service centers prices were outrageous so I called Noe Valley Auto and they were incredible! They were able to set me up with an appointment within my limited time frame and the oil change came with a bunch of complimentary services, including: tire rotation, topping off fluids, vacuuming, and washing my car. Mind you, I had just driven 1200 miles with 3 people and 3 dogs in the car so it was a disaster! They even scrubbed the bugs off of the front of the car. Finally, they were extremely friendly and personal. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

We have usually gone to the Toyota dealership for our regular maintenance, but since moving to Noe getting up to Geary has been daunting. We gave Noe Valley Auto Works a try and they were fantastic. Easy to schedule. Quick service. They vacuumed out our car after our oil change, which was just a nice thing to do. Cost was reasonable vs the dealership. This is our spot.

Good shop with honest mechanic that does not oversell. They have pride in their work and take care of you like a family member. You come once and youll be coming back base on the quality work on a timely manner.

Really like this place... generally not too busy and the team that works here is very friendly and nice. Always in a good mood. Their prices are on the high end but I find the servicing to be top notch.

Awesome service. Dropped off car due to low tire pressure and they fixed it, checked lots of other parts of the car and even cleaned the car inside and out....all in about 1.5 hours... and all for just $40. Will be going back for sure

They had replaced the alternator a year ago and it had become extremely noisy. They put in a new one under warranty with no charge, still checked all the fluids, washed the car. Very impressed. Thats the way to keep customers.
