These guys are great. Put new brakes on my car super fast and even did my oil change all for a very reasonable price when compared to their competitors. Its definitely my new go-to place for car servicing.

I needed a smog check. I called after 6pm on a Tuesday and was told to come in after 10am on Wednesday. I arrived at 11:30am. 12pm I was on my way home! I recommend this to anyone needing a smog certificate for DMV. Sure it little bit more than most, but for me the taking on short notice, quick in/out, was worth the price. The smog certificate is included in the price. One last thing, if your DMV paperwork says Must go to a STAR Station, you cannot go here.

Fit me in last minute on a Saturday. Great service and reasonable price. Brought in an older car (1979) that nobody else would smog check in the city and these guys were great. Ill definitely be coming back!

I was delightfully surprised to stumble upon this place. The staff is insanely friendly and honest. I had them perform a smog test for which I used the $20 off from Yelp and a health inspection. Just like I asked they provided a detailed list of all the improvements that need to be addressed and gave me lots of tips as to how I could do it cheaper (e.g. ordering the tires on Amazon and having them do the install).Best of all I didnt need an appointment and I genuinely enjoyed chatting with the staff. Ive found my go to mechanic and its right in the heart of Hayes. How perfect.

These guys really came through for me when I went to my car in the morning only to discover the window had been busted by thieves. Was fixed & vacuumed before the business day was over. Fair prices and humble, friendly attitudes. Will come back if needed (hopefully not for the same reason.)

K my Volvo in for a tune-up, brakes, oil change and freon for my air conditioning in December 2017. What a nightmare !! Mike from the garage called mr to tell me the car was leaking gas and needed new seals $ 165. times 5 seals, I went to the garage and then Mike stated that wasnt the problem it was a fuel injector . I was very confused . I asked Mike if I could just take the car he said it doesnt start. So I had no choice at that time to ok the fuel injector. My brother and a friend of mine called and talked to Mike . Mike told them the car didnt start and he wasnt sure what was wrong . My friend talked to Myron he told her the wires were crossed ? She told Myron the car better be ready or we were going to have it towed and we were charging them for the tow. When we went to pick up the car Mike wanted to charge me for a rebuilt computer which was hundreds of dollars more. I was in shock, I refused to pay that amount and paid the original amount. When I got into my car I noticed the engine light was on . My friends and I went back into the office and talked to Mike, he stated the engine light was on when I brought the car in . We were stunned and shocked because we knew this was not true . I talked to Myron and he stated if I brought the car in after the holidays he would fix it. I have wasted my time with phone calls, going to the garage several times, and didnt have my car for 2 weeks . I took my car in to get smogged at another garage but they were not able to do it due to the check engine light. My friend took it into her mechanic in Brisbane . He stated the car would cost $1400 to repair the damage not including the smog. The brakes are still squeaking and so far it has cost over $ 800.00 to get the smog. I guess the computer they put in affected the heater and now that has to be repaired.

My friend bought the car brand new and Ive had for over a year. We have taken good care of the Volvo and always parked it in the garage. I cant afford to fix it because I work pay check to pay check and rent is high. I really loved that Volvo .

OMG Dont bother waisting your time or money on this buisness, They are not experienced at the smog practice, I took my car there begining of July 2013, I explained that i needed a smog inspection then whatever work done for the pass it also needed front disc pads and a brake hose which i provided, the car was to be used by my family arriving from london on August 1 oh yeh 2013, well dropped the car down there, 1st week i made 3 phone calls, got 1 reply 2nd week went down there twice car was not being worked on, repeated to Myron must have it done for my familys use by aug 1st oh yeh 2013, so was getting a bit ancy 3rd week more phone calls no replys, went down there car not being worked on they had welded a crack in the manifold, Myron said he had put on a fuel module and an air module and a second hand thermostat, He also said he had tightend down the intake manifold a couple of bolts needed tightening it was sucking in air,in all not much work, but still no smog pass as emisions were still reading high, now he mentions you can get a $500 dollar reward from the government for taking the car of the road to a wreck yard, and says it might need a new catalitic converter to pass, Well two more days and no phone calls returned as usual so i get angry and go down at an arranged time to pick the car up, it is coverd in filthy black grease marks all over doors hood and even some inside on the upholstery, they had completely ran me out of time for my relatives to use it on there vacation, I took the car to All Pro Mechanicx on Harrison they removed the intake manifold put on new gasket they put on a new catalitic converter got it through smog pass in 4 days thanks to them we could let my family use it for the rest of there vacation, Be warned, NEW FELL ST AUTOMOTIVE INC, is a very poor unreliable service that will delay you and use second hand parts on your car, read all the complaints that have been written about them,PS They billed us for $600 how about that? we paid them $100 shy, really they should only have been given $100 total.
