Great Service! I went in with a flat and they were able to replace the tire within 24 hours of my inquiry. Meanwhile Costco Tires wanted me to wait a week for service. Faxon did an excellent job and I will definitely use them again for my car maintenance needs.

Came in and my car wasnt being serviced for about 10-15 mins I had to wait. I didnt know what was wrong with my brake lights, but it turned out just the bulbs needed to be changed. Got a discount from them for keeping me waiting and I decided to get an oil change there too. Walked out the door paying only $35. I couldnt believe it because labor alone for most places would have costed more I bet. They changed the bulbs, gave me an oil change, and checked my brake pads. I was amazed.

How the heck didnt I know this place existed! Faast! Inexpensive, high quality, excellent service, friendly, honest, and got the job done... what else could one want in a mechanic. Well be taking our cars here from now on.

They were nice enough to let me use the restroom while I waited for a family members car to get towed from their shop. The bathroom was clean, I I never expect much from auto shops as far as bathrooms go. My family member got a diagnostic done on the car, felt they were a little overpriced for the repairs needed, the shop is on a busy street so no parking really. A lot of people were bringing their cars to the establishment so I can assume that they do good service, and they had good music playing.

This place cant even do an oil change properly, the overfilled my oil and I had to go back for them to empty some oil. I also had an alternator installed by them because my discharge battery light was flickering. Now the discharge light is permanently on after they charged me $300 to replace my alternator.This shop is sloppy and even just for a simple oil change you have to take your car back twice every single time. Im done with Faxon, dont go here unless you want your car ruined by shoddy/rushed maintenance work

Faxon took care of me on super short notice, getting my Subaru Forester XT prepped and ready for a 1,200 mile journey. The price was very reasonable, lower than I expected from a SF mechanic.Every person I dealt with at Faxon was very kind, their customer service was truly second to none.

The team here is great! I originally came to them for a Tire Rack installation. I went in for a tire plug and they reminded me about the road hazard insurance tire rack provides, which would fully reimburse me! They did not have to do that, and I very much appreciate it. They take great care of your car while its with them!

We took my car to another shop twice before coming here. Both times the car lasted a week before breaking down. Since I have taken my car to Faxon Garage, it has been running very smoothly and shows no signs of issues. I definitely plan on bringing it in again if any other problems occur!

We use Faxon for all of our tire needs. They are a Tire Rack installer, and it has always worked smoothly for us. Service is fast, communication is very good, and they communicated with Tire Rack for me.

Did a great job replacing a timing belt, water pump and wheel alignment on my 3000gt. These guys are great and always give me a fair price for real work. I will be back for all my future maintenance needs.

Ordered new tires from tirerack and had them shipped here. They installed them quickly and the price was exactly as expected.Also had them inspect my shocks, which they did for free and they suggested I get them replaced but they werent pushy about it. Gave me all the information I needed, definitely a trustworthy shop.

Very honest shop, and great communication. Prices are decent, definitely not the most expensive or the cheapest Ive seen, but for peace of mind, more than worth it.

I think I was very fortunate to discover the Faxon garage when I did. I had to travel to San Bruno to get work done on my two cars, Not only was it expensive but also inconvenient. Walee the owner of the Faxon garage is very thorough, affordable and courteous. All the work done on my car was done well and in a timely manner. I recommend the faction garage highly.

I went to Faxon Garage to install a set of new tires and was very impressed by their service. I called in advance to let them know that tires are coming and they were very courteous to accommodate my schedule. I dropped off my car and everything went exactly as I was told: my car was ready just in time, no attempts to upsell of any kind - just friendly and professional service. And they even reached out after a day or two to check if everything is OK and if I have any questions or issues. Five stars!

Faxon Garage has been mounting tires and alignments on all (4) of my cars over many years. I have always been able to make an appointment on my requested date. Walee is always courteous and provides explanation if there is any deviation from the norm, like camber out of specifications, and recommendations to correct it.

They have excellent service and employees they helped me fix my Miata its now running better than it has in years!

I have been bringing my car to Faxon garage now for a few years. Repairs are offerable and completed in a timely manner. Convenience local to public transportation and the entire staff is so nice and willing to assist. Faxon garage really makes you feel more than a customer but a part of a family. Reliable, dependable shop work isnt over priced.

Loved my experience here. My boyfriend yelled at me for going to a Jiffy Lube for my last oil change, so I got my act together and visited FaxonGarage Garage. They were thorough, professional, and considerate. I loved the report card and pictures I got at the end, and will definitely be returning.Edit: Hola! Its more than a year later, and true to my first review, I went back! Theyre still great. I even had a hybrid specific question, and the staff referred me to Luscious Garage (as they work specifically with hybrids), and it makes me even more loyal to Faxon for my regular maintenance. It means a lot that my car is the most important thing to them, even if it means referring me to another shop.

Tirerack referred me to this shop and I am glad that they did. Price was good, customer service was great and I like supporting local shops that actually answers their phones. Unfortunately I was bumped last minute for an alignment and it did cause an inconvenience but they notified me in advance so I am willing to stop by for more service.

Went to get my brakes checked and my vehicle was taken care of right away. Walee had a full check done and the issue was much less severe than initially thought. Instead my brake pads were low but not to the level of replacement which could have been an easy opportunity to make a sale. Walee is always upfront and honest and the work is always done quickly and professionally. I have had multiple cars serviced here over the years and will continue to do so.

Brought car in for a complicated transmission problem. Instead of charging me for a simple transmission fluid replacement and send me away. Owner/Manager Walee Gon toke the time and referred me to a transmission specialist instead. We appreciate the honesty and professionalism. Quite refreshing really.

I called an hour before closing because I discovered a large bolt in my tire, Walee told me to bring it in and he would finish before 6pm. I arrived 15 minutes later and Walee was so nice, repaired the tire and inflated all my tires to the proper level, something my previous mechanic didnt do. Very reasonable price and friendly service. Will definitely go back!

I have been going to Walee for about 3 years now. I work in the City, but I live an hour south. I wouldnt go to anyone else. I am absolutely sure that he is honest, trustworthy, thorough, and he goes beyond the call of duty to make sure my car is safe. I trust that he is not selling me something I dont need. As a women and not having car maintenance expertise, I have to depend on that. There are too many dishonest car repair shops that take advantage of women. I give Walee and his shop, Faxon Garage, the very highest of recommendation.

I had to take my car here for an emergency and they took care of me. They didnt charge me as much as they should have because I ended up taking my car to another shop that had the right scanner to read my cars engine codes.Friendly and honest shop owner.Dont hesitate to take your car in. I had a VW GTI. I dont know what they focus on though.
