Asked the attendant if he would be able to loosen my lug nuts on my wheels as I cannot remove them by hand (its been a few years since they were last removed).He refused to look at it, and told me to go to a different garage where they could help me. I asked if I could wait until he had a few free minutes and he could simply pop them loose with an impact socket, and he again told me that I should go to a different garage for help with this as his shop was too small.

Clement Street Auto was able to examine my car for the issue (brakes), order the parts, and replace rotors and brakes all in the same day. Would recommend.

These guys are great, but call ahead - they’re often busy and you may need an appointment. sometimes they can help you on the fly but don’t expect it!
