Even during a chip shortage that required a little extra time, Nicholas Dungan found the perfect option for me with a better deal than I could have hoped for! His intelligent service (and ability to read a customer) is excellent. He even delivered the car to my home. So happy to be a repeat customer!
Michael Wu is awesome. Great customer service. He kept us in the loop every step of the way from intial contact to when we received our vehicle. The promises that was made by Michael was kept which was to assure that the minor damages on the vehicle were repaired before we can have the vehicle. The trust that we entrusted Michael and BMW was fulfilled and important to us. We are satisfied with the service provided and car. We got a 2015 Lexus RX from the lot.
John, my service advisor, is always beyond helpful. When my windshield had to be replaced, he went above and beyond to make certain he could keep the costs down as much as possible by reusing some of the technical components. I refused to have the windshield replaced by Safelite because they do not use OEM parts.
After taking my car into the BMW service center, I now have a scratch on my driver door. BMW says that they likely didn’t cause the scratch, but what makes this situation incredibly sketchy is that I am having a hard time getting them to return my phone calls to discuss the security camera footage.
I am happy to write a positive review for BMW of SF. Marc Lightsey and his manager moved a few mountains to secure my new X1. Marc knew I had a deadline to meet and he delivered! He was knowledgable, patient and straightforward. The finance manager, Mike, was able to get me in and out with ease. Looking forward to being a long time customer.

This is my first time to buy from San Francisco BMW. Great experience. I agree with the previous comment about Mr. Nicholas Dungan who has ability to read his customer. He found the right car for my daughter, exactly as I talked to him briefly and hopped. I have been checking on line for many months until he found the perfect choice. My experience from BMW San Francisco was really good. The pricing of the car was a more than fair so going into the process, I knew it was a great deal. I worked with Winston and Jennifer. Both are professional but personal and really great people. Initially Jennifer helped me get set up with an appointment and always kept me updated if the car was being shown. She even texted me when she was off work. Winston worked with me once I arrived, and he is a really great guy. I already knew the car was what I wanted and the price was great so Winston was an added bonus to the whole experience. He is a guy who loves people and loves cars so its a perfect fit. I could have chatted with him all day. Anyway, I love my car and will remember the great experience I had working with Winston and Jennifer. You dont get people better than those two.
Went in to check out my dream BMW at this location on Oct 30th and come to say, I was disappointed. The young lady that was helping me, Mina Taylor, was sweet; however the sales manager, basically told me to take my service and money somewhere else. And I did exactly that, allowed another team to take commission off my purchase and earn me as a customer since I was treated as if I knew nothing.How come, every other BMW in the area is offering me trade in value of $36K or more for my car and here, offered me $30K at Instant Cash Value and not trade in value. When shown evidence from Audi and other BMW offers, I was ignored and told to take my business to those dealerships, basically because obviously we were wrong.Sadly to say, even as a new BMW owner, I will not be participating with this location. I cannot thank Eugene ( sales), AJ ( sales manager) and John (Finance Department) enough for their friendliness, professionalism and all around awesomeness. They made the experience for my son and myself excellent. My son was buying his first car. They could not have made it easier. Buying a car is worse than attending jury duty, but not here. From the first phone call these guys were on it. Attentive and prompt. We knew what we wanted, and our budget and they made it work. We were even given water bottles and KitKat while we waited for the last bit of paperwork that was taking some time. In the end, when John in Finance found out this was my sons first car he was purchasing he told my son this was the highlight of his day to know that he could be a part of this day. Absolutely recommend these guys. Eugene, who sold us the car was so easy to chat with, I felt like we were neighbors. My son is thrilled and loves his car ( he purchased a certified used car). I appreciate the timeliness of my emergency service. The only concern I had was- my car was freshly washed when I dropped it off. After my service, I received a complimentary wash but it wasn’t dried. No one likes to drive a soaking wet car (well I don’t). A quick towel dry would’ve been greatly appreciated.
Randomly walked in on a busy weekend, but still was able to finish the whole buying process and get my desired car in a few hours. Had to immediately book after MINI of STEVENS CREEK cancelled a maintenance appointment I had scheduled a month prior for Saturday. I called on a Thursday and it was created. That right there amazed me. Then I get there on Saturday and was pleasantly greeted by Austin, my service advisor. Buying a car is generally not a fun process. This time, I dealt with varying degrees of customer service from different dealerships, from horrible to great. Nick at BMW of SF was great. Friendly, helpful, not pushy, etc. Although the process to finalize was a little slow, the rest was great, and I recommend this dealership. Thanks.

So far (we have had our new car for five days at this time), we are very pleased with the experience of buying a new car from BMW of SF.Our Sales Rep (Nyomi) is outstanding. We were able to test every car in which we had interest. We wound up ordering a car, and we are pleased.
I called ahead and made an appointment to have two cars charged and available to look/test drive. When I arrived my dealer was not there and the cars were missing for about an hour until I ran into Carlos Cartin Peralta who immediately found one of them buried in the back lot still being detailed. I was able to look at the car and decided to purchase. Carlos did an outstanding job getting me through the process smoothly. So Carlos, Finance and maintenance get five stars and since Carlos is actually there when he says he is and knows whats going on Id ask for him if you decide to shop for a car at SF.
Lawrence was an awesome representative. Answered all my concerns and recommended whats works better for me as an option. it was my first time dropping off my vehicle there, so Im not sure if they have a pre registration online to make vehicle drop-off smoother.

They had the car in the color and options I wanted. We emailed back and forth over email and I let them know I wanted the car. Their communications was less than desirable, it usually took 3-4 emails/phone calls just to get a reply. Once I received a reply, they never really answered my questions. It was very frustrating.Once we did agree on a date, I flew to SF to purchase the car. We wanted to make sure everything was in order before the car was ready (it was a CPO and they were doing last minute touch ups). While they were doing that, we wanted to complete as much of the paperwork as we could, so we could get out of there ASAP and start driving back home. They kept insisting that it would be real quick (20 minutes was mentioned) once the car was done. It took over 2 hours for the paperwork because they refused to do the work ahead of time like we asked.Due to all the hassles we had that day, the manager offered to have a BMW license plate frame mailed to me. Over a month later and I still dont have it and my email/phone call to him is still also unanswered.I am trying to register the car out of state and I need the Title info, and so far every single person I contacted to try and resolve this at that dealership has ignored me or referred me BMW Finance and BMW Finance keeps referring me back to the dealer.Their price was great but that is where the good stops with this dealership. If I knew how I was going to be treated, I wouldnt have purchased any car from them or potentially paid in cash so they cant try to deflect the blame at BMW Finance. Ultimately I should have waited for a local dealer to get a car equipped the way I wanted it.Do yourself a favor and locate a different BMW dealership, you will be glad you did.

BMW of San Francisco did a wonderful job with the recall-replacement of the airbags in my 2006 BMW M3. They contacted me by email, smoothly arranged for a technician to come to my house in the south bay, alerted me by text an hour before the appointment, and took care of the replacement in only 30 minutes. Very impressive customer service!

I am seriously amazed from start to finish with everything about my oil change. Calling in and talking with the service receptionist was a breeze, and she had personality! She was super helpful for my first time at this location. When I got there, even though they were busy, every person was clear, attentive and honest with the wait time. While waiting in the lounge area, I kept to myself but it was quiet and clean. When my car was ready, it was washed, tires inflated, and ready to go! I can’t wait for my next oil change here! (Does anyone ever say that?! Lol)

Update: Hi Dave I have left a message at the number you provided but have not heard back from you yet.Disappointed with my experience at this dealer. Theres no inventory for the car I was looking for yet no one informed me before I came in for a test drive (even though later they found theres actually one available). In addition, I was told the only option is to order new ones with MSRP which is also different from previous communication with the sales rep.

I usually take my BMW to Weatherford, but after having a poor interaction with a service specialist there, decided to take my X6 to SF. Best decision I could have made. Not only was it cheaper (SF Service found a $150 off coupon for my service that I was unaware of), it was were able to return my car same day and the drop off and pick up was seamless. Before the coupon, the price quoted over the phone by SF was cheaper than Weatherford (which seems odd to me - how is the same set of tires cheaper at one dealer than another…). The Service Adviser Austin is that real talk - I’m going to look for him next time I need to bring my car in for service - A1 customer service! Excellent experience from SF, I live in the east bay but I’ll be driving to SF from now on - the extra drive is well worth it.

My experience with Carlos Peralta and Michael Wu was perfect! I had been shopping around for cars and many sales folks were rude and aggressive, but Carlos is cool and calm. He answered all my questions and was very patient with my list of questions. He made sure I knew all I needed to know and kept nothing hidden. The sales person I dealt with Nicholas internet sales. He was great and I appreciate his knowledge and him not trying to sale me a car, but making sure I got the car and the deal I wanted. The only thing I do not like, once price has been agreed, then you go to finance and they try to up sale you on things. I forgot about that part, so I was a little annoyed, but I said thank you, but no thank you to any more up charges. Other than that a great experience and would recommend.

This is truly a down to earth, non-pretentious environment that makes you feel really calm so that you feel good about every step of the process. I highly recommend!
Vincent was awesome. I felt like he was honest with me about condition of the car and the service. I usually feel like Im heavily up-sold on services, pushing repairs that are not necessary; I didnt feel that way with Vincent. He was upfront about the status of different parts of the car and I didnt feel shamed/guilted into replacing parts that would last til the next service.

I recently had my 2007 328i checked in for an oil leak and a few recalls. The clinician assigned to me, Lawrence Wong was excellent and provided a ton of info and recommendations. Since its been picked up, there have been no oil leaks. I will continue to go back to BMW SF for all services needed and will request for Lawrence.

I had a terrible experience with sf bmw service last week.I know that dealership service fee is normally higher than other places but I still did my maintenance here for almost 3 years because I trusted here. However, what they did made me feel terrible.Long story short: They told me my cars expansion tank that holds coolant is leaking and needed to be replaced. They gave me a quote of $850. It was expensive for me so I went somewhere else to get it fixed. However, this car repair shop checked it and told me my cooler tank is not leaking at all. So not only bmw sf is expensive, but they also just lied to me? My advisor even told me how serious it was if I didnt get it done. Its ridiculous... They asked me to do some repairs I dont need so they can make more money?This happened to me twice, last time was they asked me to change front tires ($1200 for two tires) and made it sound like if I did not do it now, my car is in danger. I went to costco and they told me my front tires can at least last half year.Im disappointed with what they did. I dont think a business can last long if they keep doing it even its an international company. Shouldnt lie/take advantage of customers just because customers dont have much knowledge about cars. Shame on you!If the owner can see this, I need an explanation. Thanks, Ivy

This dealership does so much volume that they dont really care about customer service. My experience was very different than my BMW experience in Canada. Their representatives cant see head or tails and constantly are making mistakes that are put on the burden of the customer. My sales representative misrepresented features included in both of the vehicles that I leased. Most times I got my car serviced I waited more than 45 minutes to pick up my vehicle despite having been called that its ready for pickup. Lastly when I tried to book an appointment to return my leased vehicle I was told booking an appointment was not an option I arrived at 8:30 in the morning despite there being lots of people working on the service department no one would help me because apparently the least people dont begin work until 10:00 a.m. that would have been very helpful information to have been given when I called to try and make an appointment. And while people made mistakes whats infuriating is the complete lack of accountability by the staff.
