Human kindness describes this business ethics. My husband and I are so grateful we had a minor problem and they were overwhelmed with work but not only did they take in our vehicle they fixed it free of charge and would not even take the $ 100 tip that we offered. We are so grateful that human kindness still exist and were grateful for the owner for fixing our minor problem and helping us to get back to the town.

Won’t give a zero star as a courtesy. I was selling my vehicle & agreed with the buyer to have it inspected by a mechanic of her choice. I inquired if the mechanic specialized in Eurovans, he smirks & says “no one who wants to make money specializes in this vehicle”. I would have walked away there & then but had agreed to use him for the inspection. I understand that my vehicle has some miles & a few years under the hood with a couple of obvious repairs needed but some of the vehicle problems noted were trivial non mechanical cosmetic issues. I.E. “remote does not work(remote to stereo battery dead), headliner falling, whistle from hvac vents”. Also noted under “vehicle problems” were that the brakes were 70-80%, tires are 5/32 good (whatever that means).The buyer walked away. Mind you, the buyer had already personally inspected & driven the vehicle & cosmetic items noted in inspection were clearly visible & acknowledged between us. Most items noted as “vehicle problems” were minor & not pertaining to the mechanical working condition of the vehicle, the whole purpose of the inspection.

Just got back from having my engine air filter changed. I brought the new filter myself and they changed it. No charge at all!!!! Super nice people and very very professional!! I have a engine light on and they looked into it and checked the problem for me. They make sure your car is good on road. Very responsible!I have a Jeep Cherokee and I am a girl. I have been to some other auto repair places that charged me unreasonably because I am a girl and didnt know about the price. So girls, All American Automotive a safe place to go get your cars repaired!!!

Just got home from All American Automotive, and couldnt wait to post!!Professional, friendly and fast. I couldnt be more happier than this. Their work is so accurate and precise. Patrick is very friendly and attentive guy! he did everything to save my weekend. I would definitely bring my Beetle back to Patrick at AAA again. No doubt about that. I highly recommend this auto shop.

Pat and Bill got my 07 Z4 running like a dream in one day after it had been sitting in another shop for almost two weeks. Not only did they get the work done in one day, Bill was nice enough, on a Friday afternoon no less, to walk me through the repair work and explain it to my mechanically clueless self. These guys love what they do and it shows. I wont be taking this car anywhere else for future work. Thanks again!

Best auto repair service ever!! Brought my Hyundai in yesterday for a disturbing, ever-increasing squeaky rattling sound, and was blown away by the wonderful comprehensive service! Bill explained to me the probable causes (a loose belt,) including a video showing me how the belt works (or when it doesnt!) with the exact sound my car made - bingo, problem identified! He also discovered a leaking water pump, and was able to fix all in one day. So grateful!!! I really appreciated Bills patience in answering my questions, and clear explanations. And he even washed the car to boot!! I met Pat when came to pick up my car, and he reviewed my charges, explaining thoroughly - so appreciate this great customer service! Both Pat and Bill made me feel like a very valued customer, thank you!! I will most definitely be back, highly recommend!!

Barely made it into the city with my misfiring Eurovan. Needed the car looked at immediately since I was supposed to pick up my son from the Benioff Childrens hospital a few hours later. None of the nearby shops had time or space, but Patrick from All American Automotive made an exception when he heard the circumstances. His mechanic went straight to work when I got there and the car was fixed in under half an hour.

Ive been a customer for a decade (I think). I use to have an old bucket and the quality service was great. Im not a mechanic, but my car was running smooth consistently after repairs and maintenance was done. Eventually it died and I purchased a newer vehicle from Toyota that had me in a locked in lease/maintenance agreement for few years. As soon as my time was up, I returned to AAA and as expected, they took over and provided outstanding service. Communication was awesome with the texting. Bill the mechanic was thorough and took the time to demonstrate and explain the work. I dont mind paying a little more for diamond service.

Great quality work for virtually half the price of what a dealership would charge. I know because when I found out the estimate from my dealership, I had my car towed from the dealership to All American and was very glad I did.
