I had a very good experience selling my junk car here. Even though it wasnt in the best of condition Cash For Cars still purchased it. I really had no use for it, and it was getting very expensive to the store the vehicle. The battery on the Prius was beginning to act up, so I had to get rid of it.The staff members who were working here were very friendly, over the phone and in person. I got a fair price, and Cash For Cars gave me the amount that was quoted over the phone.It was easy, and fast exactly as advertised. I would sell another car to them in the future.

Phenomenal Motel 6!! Great Front Desk personnel. Amy, helped me get another room after My TV channel 92 did some supernatural weirdo stuff?? Plus the bath sink backed-up. I got a good price and the person I dealt with the whole time was kind, helpful and friendly.The car that I sold to them had been in an accident which resulted in the vehicle not being able to run properly. Just finished selling my car to Cash for Cars San Francisco. The selling process was easy and straight forward. The company let me know what they could pay for the car and then came and took a look at it and paid me for it. I couldnt have asked for an easier sale. This was the easiest car selling experience ever. I no longer needed my car. I wanted to sell it, but i did not have the time to do it, so my car just kept sitting. Do not waste your time going here. This is not their business address. If you search on google, they have a few addresses in the city, none of them is correct. I suspect they are either out of business or just ghosted cause they are not picking up phones either.Unlike other addresses, this one actually appears on their website. But the reception at #400 said Cash for Car was never physically there and has been silent since 2014.

Terrible service I called over 3 times, the first time they picked up and didnt even acknowledge the phone call I could hear other conversations. The 3rd time they picked up the lady said Hello cash for cars and as I was speaking they hung up the phone. I am very upset at this customer service, whoever worked on September 7, 2019 at 9am should be fired asap!
