This is the second time I used Westwind. Tony, Nissim & team did a great job fixing my front end. Paint matched perfect. Job turnaround was right on and they even detailed the whole car! Had my truck ceramic coated. Was only expecting the outside to look great, but was pleasantly surprised to see they detailed the heck out of the interior as well. It’s a large truck so they had two people work on it and it was done so quickly. Looks amazing!!!

Shannon in the main office was so friendly and efficient and extremely helpful in coordinating a rental car, getting my service scheduled, and taking care of the business end of things. Tony went above and beyond in securing a door replacement and doing the hands-on body work and painting. He takes real pride in his work and is obviously a perfectionist. I brought in my 1995 911 Carrera Cabriolet for their new service of ceramic coating. At first, I was skeptical about their new expansion of service so I made a specific trip to the shop to speak to Tony, co-owner of the shop. He is very knowledgeable and kind to discuss the service I need. There was no hard sale. Based on the experience that he shared and demonstrated the final work on another finished vehicle I was immediately sold on his work. When I called back to schedule my appointment, Shannon, the receptionist, was very patient in explaining the work. The work only took a full day. When I picked up my car, I can’t believe what I saw. All the minor scratches and swirl marks are gone on the paint. The car looks brand new to me. It is definitely an eye catcher. I am ready to let the top down and cruise along the coast. OMG...West Wind staff truly took good care of me and my car. I was able to drop my car off Monday at 11am, the rental car company picked me up at West Wind. I was quoted a price which came very close to the actual price. I was told my car would be fixed by Thursday evening, but it was ready by Wednesday at 3p. I was able to leave the rental car at West Wind too. These people blew my mind!!!! My car looked brand new because they did wonderful body work and detailed it tooooo. West Wind repaired our Subaru Forester to better-than-new condition. We had been side-swiped at 65 MPH and had extensive body damage but no mechanical misalignment. WW did a great job!

All around it’s the best. My car got sideswiped by a Recology truck and they repaired my vehicle like it was brand new. They dealt with the rental car, were friendly and so professional. Don’t see why anyone would go anywhere else.

I just had my Toyota Prius hood replaced by West Wind Automotive. Their estimator, Tony, assisted me in providing two different options for replacement and took my call to answer more of my questions after I left the shop the first time. Shannon, their office manager, was so communicative and friendly through the process and remembered my name when I came in. The best part is the work was finished in less than two days and they even cleaned off my cloudy headlights when they washed the car. My 16 year old Shirley hasn’t looked this good in a while! While I’m not sure if this is necessarily the “best deal in town” kind of mechanic as I didn’t shop around, it’s definitely a great place to get impeccable service. I’ll be back :)

A rear-end hit and run landed me in at West Wind, and my experience could not have been better. From first stepping into their business (on the glimmering clean shop floor) to show Tony the damage, to Shannon taking care of booking me a rental and keeping me updated, through to receiving my immaculately repaired car, these guys are the best. The folks at West Wind are amazing. When our car was stolen and significantly damage last year, they took great care of us. They also returned our our car to us in spotless condition, when the people who had stolen it and went off-road joy riding until they ran out of gas, completely trashed both the Inside and the outside of the car.More recently we were in an accident, hit by a driver who wasn’t paying attention, and T-boned the side of our car. Again the wonderful folks at West Wind did an incredible job and fixed everything. It’s good as new again. They are extremely knowledgeable, have great integrity, and hire experienced technicians.I think it’s pretty rare to find a great repair shop. One that won’t gouge you, and that does fantastic work that they take a lot of pride in. West wind is one of these special cases. I cannot recommend them more highly.

They got me and out very quickly even though I had a broken passenger side mirror. They care about their customers in a highly professional manner. I would return if necessary and would highly recommend.

I brought in my new Land Rover to repair major dents on my hood and a cracked windshield due to debris falling on it. From the time I arrived, Luis took very good care of me and ensured all factory parts were ordered (the hood is aluminum and needed to be replaced instead of having dents pulled). They worked with my insurance company and the car was completed on the date promised and was detailed inside and out. It truly looks brand new. Chris Park handled the estimate Monday morning and further communications. He ordered the new bumper (1-2 day estimate), I dropped the car off Wednesday morning, and it was ready by Thursday afternoon. Looks great and they washed the car, too. Id definitely go back if needed. I didnt shop around on price because Liberty Mutual quickly waived my full deductible since the other driver was at fault, so I dont know if it was high, average, or low cost.
