Imagine my sadness when I found my parked 2020 Audi A4 with 2k miles on it dented and damaged. Although I would obviously prefer to never have to visit a body shop for a brand new car, I couldnt be happier with my experience here at Parkside. Kevin was friendly, upfront, and very responsive and communicative, explaining how the process would work with insurance, which parts would be repaired vs replaced, and providing status updates throughout the repair process. Most importantly, Kevin and his team did an AMAZING job with the repair. I cant visually see any signs of the repair or that there was previous damage to the car. You can tell that Kevin takes pride in his work and wants to get it done right, not just crank the job and move on to the next. I hope I never have to come back (although I probably will)--but if I do--I wont hesitate to come back here.

Great experience! I took my car to get fixed as someone hit our car and the bumper was messed up. We had to pay put of pocket as it was a hit and run, so that was painful. What wasnt painful was the process with Parkside. The estimate was done quickly, communication was constant and Kevin made sure I was up to date with the estimate of when the last would arrive and when the car would be ready. Everything went smoothly and I cant thank Kevin enough for his professionalism and efficiency.

Greatest Shop Ever ! I took my car here it needed to be undented and painted. I got a rental something I actually wanted, not a simple car I got an SUV as thats what I drive Juan made it happen. My car was in and out in less then a week, and it was marvelous ! looked brand new !

Well..... I’m not quite a customer but if Mr. Jerry’s work is anything like his character I would definitely recommend using his services. I was in a jam leaving an auto parts store close by, when I met Mr. Jerry. After looking in every auto store in the city I came up empty with the tool needed to complete the job to get my car back on the road. As I was walking towards the bus stop I saw this fellow pulling into an auto shop, obviously it was closed but I took the chance anyway. I asked out loud is this your shop? Yes the man said, I could tell he had a long day and wasn’t ready to deal with some random guy. But that he just wanted to get home. I told him my trouble and explanation and his eyes although said no, his words said “let me take a look”. He came back gave me the tool and said bring it back tomorrow. To you Mr. Jerry thanks a million. And I will have your tool back tomorrow.
