This is a Great shop, from the start they were able to get me a same day appointment for an estimate and they didn’t have me drop my car off until they had all my parts. We ran into a couple surprises and they handled it very professionally by communicating the details and keeping me updated with the progress. All in all, I was very happy with their service as well as the work they preformed. I highly recommend them.

This place officially restored my faith in humanity today!! They’re wonderful. My driver side door was bent by the guy who helped me get into my vehicle when I was locked out this morning. I called ahead, spoke with Kevin, and within ten minutes of arriving I am back on the road with a perfectly fixed door, NO CHARGE. My Toyota Sienna looks brand new. My bumper was damaged by sun and dogs and Kevin from Industrial body shop made it new again. I don’t even want to take it out of the garage anymore to keep shining. He also fixed the front. I couldn’t open the door anymore, but that’s perfect now.

But was referred to then by AAA, as a place quite nearby where I work.They did an awesome job of getting the vehicle restored and running well again. I was hit by a terrestrial UFO on 101 that punched a hole through my front bumper cover and took out a fog light. My insurance company recommended Industrial based on reviews and overall performance. It was a well deserved recommendation. They provided regular updates on the process and delivered my repaired vehicle on schedule - freshly washed and looking good as new. Will definitely use again in the future should the need arise.

Great, friendly and trustworthy service. These people treated me like I was a VIP throughout the entire process. They fixed a dent in my bumper and then noticed that my headlights were foggy, so they polished the plastic over the headlights free of charge. So nice!
