Im so thankful I was referred to Golden Gate Autobody. Esther, Hung, and Trang were so helpful and communicated the repairs and status of my vehicle every step of the way. My truck was hit in a parking lot and sustained thousands of dollars worth of damage to the front bumper. But after going to Golden Gate Auto Body, it literally looks like a brand new vehicle. They polished my truck so well that the clear coat and paint is as shiny and reflective as its ever been. They even provided really helpful tips to maintain the vehicles paint moving forward. The staff was also helpful with my questions about my rental vehicle pickup and dropoff. Esther went as far as paying for my Uber to Hertz, when I couldnt find a ride to their office. I highly recommend their shop for anyone needing to repair damage to their vehicle!

Audi Allroad Repair - Ive been in two accidents over the last two years (none my fault), and golden gate has been my preferred shop in SF. My car got rear ended right before I was planning on selling it and Golden Gate Auto Body was fantastic. Not only did they let me park my car there for free while I was waiting for the insurance adjuster to review (which took 2 weeks) they also kept my car safe after the service was done while I was out of the country. They were incredibly quick in responding to my requests and super thorough in answering all my questions. Cant recommend them enough and they were also far cheaper (by $350) than other auto body shops in the area.I drive a 2015 Subaru WRX thats Silver.

We had the best experience here. My wife was involved in a accident in our 2018 Honda Odyssey that looked like the van was not going to be repairable. Esther kept in consistent contact with me and worked with my insurance company to help make the process as painless as possible. They completed the repairs and also fixed a few other things just out of courtesy. When we received the van back I couldnt believe my eyes the repairs were done so great that no one could ever tell it was involved in any type of accident. The van is a pearl white and from previous vehicles I know it is very hard to match the paint but they matched it spot on. The shop also did a full detail on the van before handing me the keys wich made the van look brand new like the day we purchased it.If you want your vehicle repaired you can bring it anywhere, but if you want your car to be repaired and look better then the day you bought it then being it here. You will not regret your decision when you bring your vehicle here.

Can’t thank the team at Golden Gate Auto Body enough! I was involved in a hit and run accident 2 weeks prior of moving out of SF. I google body shops around my area and Golden Gate was the first to pop up. So happy I brought my car to them because they took great care of me from start to finish. Esther helped me through the whole process and handled everything with my insurance as well and made everything so easy for me. I told her I was moving in 2 weeks and they had my car done in a week! I was repaired my new Toyota CH-R in this body shop. One guy was running on the red light and hit my car in front side; cars bamper goes out, hood was twisted, thanks god no body was injured. This body shop made a realy professional service and job, the customer service is helpful with much respect and care as it was their own vehicle and mechanics as well. I recieved my car like it was before - brand new! Each damaged detail was replaced to new one. Thank you guys, i appreciate your business.

Had a VERY minor fender bender & didnt want to file an insurance claim. They took off my bumper & pushed it back into place -- took about 20 minutes & they refused to take any $ (of course we tipped the employee who did the work). Had work done here several years ago as well. THEY ROCK!
