I cannot say more positive things about this shop. They are prompt and professional. They provided timely updates, and they remained flexible. We had our front passenger wheel well smashed by an unknown pedestrian, and this was one of the shops recommended by my insurance company. I was planning on getting a few estimates, but they offered a decent estimate and timeframe for completing the job. An added bonus is that they were seamless in communicating with my insurance company, State Farm. With their already great reviews, I took their offer. A few days later, I get an update and the job is complete on time. The manager (Aaron) was so kind to be flexible with the pick up. He even stayed late beyond the closing time to accommodate my unpredictable schedule. Top notch service and the job was done incredibly well. I highly recommend them without any reservations.

As for my car, the repair looks great and took exactly the amount of time they told me it would . And not only was my car repaired, but it was cleaned as well. The only reason I went to this shop is because it was recommended by my car insurance company to estimate and potentially repair car damage after an accident. I was told estimate will take an hour, it took them longer then that but they insisted on me picking up my car as soon as possible as they are very busy when I said I will need 30 min to get there.Their job was to estimate a damage on my car and report it to my insurance and not the value of my car, as person kept repeating that my car has no value. They left a piece of equipment in my car that I found after leaving the shop. I gave them my address so they can come and pick it up, since my car is not safe to be driven ( they know that ), and person said girl, you just drove . Unbelievable, they forgot their equipment and want me to drive around at their convenience with a car that has broken windshield and broken lights.In addition person with whom I was talking kept addressing me as girl and not by my name, even tho he had all my personal information. So, basically- unprofessional, rude, poorly managed service, simply said a joke, wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Had them take care of an hit-and-run insurance claim and my car came out looking amazing. They were super professional and very helpful throughout the entire process with regular updates all along the way.

Took my truck here after getting rear ended, and the team at Fix Auto was wonderful. They saw me quickly, made careful note of everything that needed repair, and even noticed that the affected area had been repainted by a previous owner and color matched the repair. They really knew their stuff! Every staff member was so friendly, and the office manager updated me on the repair as it progressed. They were a breeze to process with insurance as well. Im in no rush to get rear ended again, but I would bring my truck back here in a heartbeat if I were.

I was recommended to Fix Auto by AAA when my catalytic converter got stolen - yet again. Fix Auto readily accepted my car when it got towed to their shop and they were super welcoming! They kept me informed during the entire process and even had my car ready for pickup days earlier than I had expected. Great job and done at a very, very competitive rate!

An absolutely painless process for what is normally a huge inconvenience. Everything was so easy; they communicated like clockwork, accommodated my schedule, finished the job a day earlier than I expected, and handled the return of my car rental. I was especially impressed that when I pulled up to pick up my car, the mechanic (who I had not met before), knew who I was. I took that as a sign that the company communicates well internally, which made for a seamless experience for me. Highly recommend.

Fix Auto was recommended by my insurance provider to complete body repair work for front end damage. They did excellent work, my car feels brand new! What’s better is they warrant their work for the life of the car, so peace of mind in case anything goes wrong. At first I was skeptical of a shop recommended by an insurance provider (not sure why), but I’d happily return here.

I had my rear window broken by thieves so needed prompt help. I was able to leave my car despite the shop being very busy and the owner gave personal attention. This is the place I always go anytime I need body work after a fender-bender - they are super-accommodating and customer service oriented, and they even got my repairs done a day early for me so that I could pick up my repaired car on my day off!! Now that’s service! It was also very easy to coordinate picking up and dropping off the rental car my insurance company provided - the shop contacted them directly for me and the car was brought there for me to drive, and when I was done with it I just left it at the shop and the rental car company picked it up later! Heres a shout out to Fix Auto (aka Lafrano). I have used their shop several times over the years for car repairs and each time their service has been prompt and, more importantly, their work on my car excellent.

After getting rear-ended on 101 I realized there are shockingly few body shops in the Bay Area willing/able to work on a Tesla. I feel so grateful and fortunate to have found Fix Auto. The staff kept me informed at every step of the process via regular phone calls and handled the repair process with a level of professionalism I rarely encounter. Five-star service, and the car looked BETTER than new when I picked it up!

The women in the office greeted me nicely and professionally. They walked me thorough the process in a profesional way. They also kept me updated on the status of the car while the car was at the shop. They also called a rental car company so they could pick me up and assist me with a rental car. The had the car ready when they said it would be ready. When I picked up the car it looked like it never got hit. When I got home I realized there was an issue with the trunk closing. I called them the next morning and they took me in the same day. They fixed the issue right then and free of charge. The job they did was amazing. I would definitely go back to them.

My car was recovered by police after it was stolen. Fix Auto Divisadero did an excellent job to clean and detailing the car. Fix few dents and replace 2 rims and one tire that was damaged by the theft. Their officer Nicole always call me to keep me updated for the status of repairing the vehicle.

This was a great place to get my car fixed. They were very informative and fast. I give them 5 stars. The only complaint I had was my car was washed and cleaned, but I guess since it was sitting there it was dusty when I picked it up. Its ok because Im very happy with their service. They also showed how they cared during COVID and made sure they disinfected my car after driving and touching it.

I was recently hit by a stolen car that was being pursued by SFPD. I couldn’t be happier with AAA’s referral to Fix Auto. This place did a solid job on fixing and matching the paint on the front end damage to my 2009 Camry. Not only that, the whole process was seamless. The staff, especially Desiree and Nicole, were really helpful and upfront about what to expect. They provided a ride to pick up the rental car and allowed drop off of the rental when I picked up my car. They had my car repaired (and washed!) before the estimated 6 days. Very professional outfit that does great body work and has an excellent front office. Highly recommended!

Great experience. They were very communicative and gave me daily status updates on my car. It was finished one day after the expected return date due to another part needing to be ordered which took some time. They were extremely careful about social distancing and cleanliness as my car was repaired during SIP. My key was cleaned and held in the cloth while I grabbed it for example. Car looks great. Went through insurance so don’t have specifics on comp estimates.

I found my car vandalized 1 day before leaving for a trip. Fix auto allowed me to bring my car in before my estimator came out, hold it for me until they did, and then did excellent work. Car looks brand new. They updated me with any changes from their initial assessment and got my car done when they said they would. Car looks brand new!

Went to AutoFix as advised by my insurance company and the experience has been superior through and through. Staff is friendly, extremely professional ... my new default auto body shop.

I was involved in an accident in my 2010 BMW and my passenger side rear door and quarter panel were badly dented. The repair looks perfect and it was ready sooner than the originally promised date. Other friends have had similar experiences at this shop.

Seem less from the start. I loved how they arranged for the rental car company to pick me up when I dropped off my car. Upon picking up my vehicle I was able to leave my rental with them to return it for me. Really made the process more convenient for me. It took a while to get an appt but it was worth the wait. They cleaned my car inside & out-which was an added bonus.

Was rear ended, came in for an estimate, took 30 minutes to write up. Schedule appointment for the following week, took only 1 day to fix the bumper and I got the car back looking great. High quality work, good customer service, highly recommend.

Overall super happy with my repairs, not only was the work high quality, but my vehicle was ready early. Also, I may add I had the repairs done during social distancing and Fix did a superb job sanitizing my vehicle and adhering to policies to protect themselves and customers. Came to get some work done due to an accident. The actual repair didn’t happen until the shelter in place in SF was in affect. At drop off, they had a clear process of customers staying in cars while they sanitized clipboards and brought you the paperwork’s all the employees had either cloth or heavy duty masks on. The work took less than a week. Even once I found something missing in the repair, Josh was very professional and super quick to investigate it and had me come back so he could do the repair. Lovely folks here at this Fix It Auto location! Don’t want to ever have to come back, but if I did ever need body repair again, I’d be coming back to these folks!

Such a great experience! Dealing with car repairs is always a drag, but Fix Auto made it very easy and pleasant. The staff was super efficient and on top of customer service.

I enjoyed working with Tay. He was great. The courtesy in helping situate my car when I arrived could have been better. I had to move my car three times before being able to sit down in the waiting area because other employees wanted me in various places.

Ive taken my car to Fix Auto Repair a few times now. The company is very professional handling my needs above the call of duty. From the first appteverything was explained to me. The start to finish time was 4-5 days. I got phone calls during those time giving me updates. They did a GREAT job on the repairs. Check out was easy. I knew the Frank Lofrano the founder of this fine establishment and he believed in quality work and I had him fix my car over 40 years ago. Frank would be proud of how his sons and grandsons have built up this business. They have the same philosophy passed down by Frank. I was turning in a car on lease and had a bumper that needed to be fixed. Josh Lofrano drilled into what I wanted to do and he not only fixed the bumper but buffed the car out and got rid of lots of scratches. The work was of the highest quality and the prices were very competitive. Josh knew just what had to be done for me to turn in my leased car. This is a high quality business and its great to see how the family carried out the tradition set out by Frank.

Fix Auto Divisadero was one of the recommended shops provided to me by my insurance company. It took a few days to get an appointment, but upon arrival, my estimator was ready to exam my vehicles damage. After a short examination, I was provided an estimate and the payment that I would be responsible for should I choose to repair my car there. I decided to go ahead as I had read other favorable reviews about Fix Auto Divisadero. I brought my car in on the scheduled date and was told that it should be available 3 days later. Sure enough, Fix Auto Divisadero delivered as promised and the work was incredible! My damaged trunk door looked brand new! Fix Auto Divisadero also washed my car prior to my arrival. Now that is customer service! I would highly recommend them if you need any body work done to your car!

This is the second time I have had my car repaired at Fix Auto, and each time they have done an excellent job. They are very professional and do expert work.

The work was great. I am disappointed however that our spare change was stolen from the console of car while it was in the shop. Really annoying when I needed to pay a parking meter. It was only a few dollars, but come on. Maybe they should pay their staff a better wage.
