I Had the bumpers of my Benz repaired and since they are a Benz authorized repair shop, Sergio was able to get genuine Benz parts to match insurance estimate based on re-conditioned parts. Friendly & timely communication, patient & trustworthy. They also handled all the work with insurance. The craftsmanship looks great and the car was shiny & clean when I picked it up.I am so glad that I came here rather than using my insurances shop. These guys definitely exceeded my expectations & I walked out as a happy customer.

This was one of the Statefarm approved bodyshops, and took my 1-month old car that took a hit from behind. The guys were absolutely professional from start till end.Got the car delivered two days ago and it looks absolutely great. Very satisfied with these guys. Can definitely recommend.

Its a preferred vendor by AAA. HIGHLY recommend their service. Great value fast turn around. I trust them because first time passing by I saw a lot of Benz in the shop. Later I found out that they handle Benz Audi and sometimes BMW. They are certified for Benz and in progress for Audi. Recommend

I gave two stars just because of friendly customer service but other than that The work was delayed one week after the initial appointment the job wasnt done right the first time so I have to Bring my car back to the shop for proper sealant so the water doesnt get into my car and also while the technicians were working in my trunk they damage the trunk floor mat

**A repair shop with questionable technicians and an owner who will call and berate you. Highly do not recommend taking any vehicle here with moderate to major damages.**I give this place a 2-star instead of a 1-star because of the friendly staff member Angie who, even in this bad situation, tried to help me with a smile and some humor. If your car has minor scratches or dents, Im sure European Collision can take care of it. But if your car has moderate or major damages, I would not trust the technicians or the owners to take care of you. There are so many vehicle repair shops in the Bay Area with fantastic reviews, why risk wasting your time going here.Charles

With less than a year of ownership, my car was hit in the back by a giant white charter bus. It was an unfortunate situation, and I wanted to find a place that would take the best care of it. Based on Yelp, I decided to take my damaged car here.When Sergio inspected it, he estimated that it would take about 3.5 weeks to finish, which was fine with me. In the meantime, I was stuck with a rental car to get me around. If youre ever in the market for a small car thats easy to park in the city, try a Chevy Spark! Its cheap, space efficient, easy on gas, has 4 doors, and surprisingly fun to drive. I kind of miss that quirky car. Anyway, Sergio updates me and informs me that itll take a bit longer. This didnt bother bother me as Im a patient person, and I know quality work takes time. After about 4.5 weeks, my car was ready for pickup, and it looked great. The paint was matched correctly, and the panels were fitted properly. I was really impressed.However, after I drove it home, I noticed a peculiar rattle. I couldnt figure out what was wrong on my own, so ECC didnt hesitate to take a look. After two trips back to their shop, the rattle was finally resolved. My experience doesnt sound like the best one, but the way they handled the issue put my frustrations at ease. They were quick to accommodate me, and sincere about fixing my problem. Everyone makes mistakes, but they owned up to it and strived to ensure that I spend as little additional time as possible in their shop. I felt their top priority was the customers happiness, and I respect that.

Very disappointed. My Porsche 911 had rear bumper damage. On pickup there was new paint damage and the repaired bumper was not properly secured, a bracket was broken, and the heat shielding wasnt in place. Terrible.
