Really great body shop! Their facilities are so nice and the work I needed was done so quickly. They checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on at all times. I felt very welcome and at home. They have a nice area for clients with snacks, TV and fridge full of drinks. Definitely recommend!

I found Eur-Asia Motors through my insurance company after an unfortunate accident. They were wonderful from start to finish and I have been going back ever since. I am always cautious about car repair service. Im glad I finally found a place that is honest and reliable. I told them about my experiences and they laughed and said if you find anything suspicious, let us know. We have cameras all over the shop. LOL. I found that funny. Harry was really cool. Answered all my questions and concerns. He also setup a, uber to give me a lift back to work. They office great service and they are cool guys. They also have vintage cars there if youre into them to check out.

They do things so slow and expensive. It totally took 6 weeks for me to get the car back. Also, they said they will call me, but they never did. I have to figure the stuff up by myself like the process. I asked about different shop about the labor fee of the front suspension, and the price is about $300 or less but the shop told me $1180. My car was in the shop because the axle and rear suspension are damaged. They took more than 5 weeks to get the car done. They saw the parts at the first week but they didn’t buy it, they just let the car sit in the shop. They buy the parts at the end of second week.

Every car-guy knows that it is almost impossible to refinish/repaint any body pats and still get factory quality finish. I was a bit skeptical about brining my 3 series with rear bumper damage to Eur Asia motors but I did not have many other choices since my insurance company only works with limited amount of body shops and this one happened to be the closest to me. Ive dealt with Walter who took a really good care of my vehicle and provided excellent customer service. My bumper looks as close as you can get to factory finish and im pretty happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Eur Asia based on my experience.

I would not waste your time on this shop.Theyll take work that theyre not capable of finishing, just to get the insurance money. Also dont leave anything in your car because they might steal it. I dropped off my Fiat and it took them a week to replace the bumper, but they were unable to work the top and tried to give it back to me with the top wedged open 5 in. they finally had to get the car shipped all the way down to Santa Clara in order to get the top closed and it took an extra week of time and money.Also they stole an Amazon gift card out of the glove box
