The combination of customer service and quality work makes Charles Henry my choice for auto repairs. Jesse and team are fabulous. Everyone I spoke with from the office to the shop floor showed genuine concern for the repairs required. Ive had repairs done on two different cars with Charles Henry, and in both cases they have worked with me and the insurance company to ensure my needs are met and high quality work is completed. Ive dealt with several other shops in SF over the last 20 years and Charles Henry is the only one I trust and recommend to my friends and family.

These guys are my only Car Doctor. I have been here more times than I would like to admit and they always come through. Jesse was very patient and explained the process thoroughly and Theresa kept me updated along the way. When they called me to pick up my car, it looked better than before the crash and they detailed it! Do your self a favor and dont let anyone else touch your car. I found this place by luck. Six months ago I had my first serious car accident a block away from the shop. Dan, Hector, and the entire team took care of my 4 year new VW and not only walked me through the entire process in details but repaired my car timely and at the end it looked and worked just like new.Yesterday, I called them to see if they could help me install a new battery after the dealer quoted me almost $200 for installation and they treated me again like a VIP. Installed the battery for free and with pleasure. Thank you!!!

Wonderful staff willing to go the extra mile to help their customers, and proud to serve military families. Don, Jessie, and Theresa in particular were a pleasure to work with while my Nissan Leaf was being repaired; Don even offered to stay after hours when I wasnt able to make it in for pick up during business hours! 10/10, would absolutely come back again!

Great shop. Came in here twice with problems with my 2013 Hyundai Elantra. They fixed it up in a timely fashion and did a great job. Friendly staff too. Also theyre one of the only State Farm affiliated shops in the area. Highly recommend.

They care more about getting the job done than getting the job done right.Both repairs I have gotten from them have resulted in complications that required me to return in order for the repair to be completed.On top of that, the way Jessie, who handled my last repair, treated his co-workers was absolutely abysmal. Ive never seen someone talk down to another co-worker the way Jessie had when I returned to get my repair completed.If you want to get your repairs done in San Francisco, find another shop that cares about quality and their own employees.

What a great company! Thank you Don for saving the day. I had a 100 mile drive ahead of me to Sacramento. Thanks to a Walgreens whose curb was not at regulation height the buffer directly below my bumper was snagged and partially pulled off. I did not have the tools to fix it. Don was kind enough to help me out with zip ties as a temporary fix until I can bring it in. Crisis averted. Thank you so much.

Vee and David handled the repair on my vehicle professionally and thoroughly. They kept me updated on the status of the repair which I really appreciated. The damage was extensive and the repair took almost a month. Unfortunately, I found an issue after I picked it up and had to return the car for further repair but that was taken care of quickly.I am giving this facility five stars as I think they truly deserve it and I cannot recommend their service more highly. However, the second time we had to take the car in, Charles Henry had to send it out for the repair and the facility they sent it to were not quite so thorough: we found the interior controls greasy and smudged. The interior cleanliness definitely did not match the fine exterior detail work that Charles Henry performed on our vehicle.

The folks at Charles Henry are top notch! I recently had to get some molding fixed and not only did they fix all the molding, but they also totally cleaned my car.....sparkled like crazy when I picked it up.Thanks to David A and the Charles Henry team!
