I went to Carstar A&J for auto body repair to my car that had hit and run damage. Cindy, on the front end, was amazing in handling everything and making sure my car was taken care of. She made sure my car was taken care of, was very professional and it was taken care of fast. I had a great experience with Joe as well. Would definitely recommend, and would go again. I just want to say A&J Autobody done a great job on my 2015 Chevy impala. I went there and asked to speak with Jay about fixing my car cause I was hit by another vehicle Jay walked me through everything with no problems told me when my car will be fixed the date he promised me and he had it all together when I got there if I tell you my car looks like new when I left the shop and I’m kind of funny letting anybody work on my car but Jay is a man of his word so go by the shop and Ask for Jay I give that shop five stars great work keep it up.

This is the top of the line in repairs my car was repaired a year ago and its never looked better. Professional and courteous staff. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!

BEWARE, these people are amateurs and scam artists. I wish I could give them zero stars.The WORST auto body/tow shop I have ever had to deal with. First I had to keep reminding them to give me a quote to fix my car, then they tried charging me a $100/day storage fee for the time the car was there when I had to keep asking for a quote. Also, my wife gave them her key to the car when she had it towed to their shop, but when I went to get some things out of the car, they also asked for my key because they said they didnt have one. When they gave the car back, it only came with one key, and now they cant find the other. Oh, and to top things off, they damaged the roof and side of my car when it was in tow/storage. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
