Simon was great to work with. He was transparent with what work was needed to fix the dent in my car. He also gave out different options from cheaper to more expensive. I never got the vibe that he was trying to sell me unnecessary work. He got my car fixed within the amount of time he said it was going to take. I have no complaints as the service was as smooth as it could have been.

Our hood release was broken and other garages couldnt give a quote or said it would be a big job. Simon took the details, gave us a complete quote, and ordered the necessary part. It was done quickly, cost less than we initially expected, and he cleaned up some corrosion to avoid future problems. Will definately be going back!

Cant recommend Auto Body strongly enough. Simon is honest & trustworthy. Took my car in after scraping the side and front. Rather than try to gouge me, he thought he could do a great job just polishing and buffing the scrapes. Most garages would have tried to sell me new panels at a cost of thousands. Instead, Simon worked on it for 15 minutes, car looks great and he didnt charge me. Said it wasnt long enough to charge. He also advised how I should handle the lease pre-inspection. Just a great experience. High character person. Will definitely take my future business here.

The main point of contact, Baylon, is incredibly responsive, honest and knowledgeable. While the estimated time for completion wasnt met in a couple experiences the service and quality of work makes up for it. As far as prices go he went the extra mile to keep them as low as possible with the total cost cheaper than the already low quote. Furthermore after the job was completed he fully honored the shops own warranty when a new paint job was necessary. High recommend. Starting with my own bad experience of another car crashing into me, I chose Auto Body Garage because of their high reviews. The back of my car was pretty much totaled. I met with Simon, who very clearly explained everything to me regarding, what needed to be done, how long it may take, certain things to anticipate, or issues that he may find in my car due to the way it was hit, getting me set up with a car rental, and dealing entirely with the insurance end of it too. Simon is clear, smart, polite, and went out of his way to be helpful. The final work is flawless, and better than new!! Im not kidding, I wouldnt go to any one else ever again.

The wonderful people at Karrys are great. I went in and they did so much to help me be at ease. Brandi greeted me and then Baylon. They were upfront and communicated everything to me during the whole process. They were able to work with my insurance and were able to get them to pay for additional work that wasnt included in my insurances estimate and got a supplemental written up for it. They are simply superb. What sticks out in my mind was when a previous customer came back in and asked If Body Shop A was any good? or were they garbage? Baylon responded and said, it wouldnt be fair to say if they are or arent, I cant speak on what I dont know, what I can speak about is what I do know. I know that WE will do everything to make sure you are taken care of and satisfied. That totally sold me, he had a chance to bolster himself, but didnt. Carlos and Brad are great at what they do. Ive brought my Beemer in a few times and they go above and beyond fixing your car. I had some scratches that were not from the accident, and they fixed all of them! Most of the auto mechanics in the area send all their clients to them.

I have had my car (unfortunately for me) worked on at Auto Body Garage for collision work. It is needless to say, Auto Body Garage has delivered each time - very competitive pricing (lowest estimate always (much lower than competitors) when I shopped around) and excellent quality work. Baylon is very honest and professional and does not cut corners on the quality of the parts they use. Hopefully I dont get into an accident again, but if I do, I would goto Auto Body Garage again without hesitation! A+++ recommendation to anyone looking for an honest auto body repair shop!!

Found this Auto body via the internet. Wanted to get my bumper redone after someone had scratched off a ton of paint. I brought my vehicle in and had it inspected by their manager which was a real nice guy. The customer service there is as good as it gets from my past experience. He gave me great deal for the work being done on my car. I asked when would be a good time to drop it off and how long it would take. Dropped off on monday returned by thursday. Its a pretty popular shop from what I can tell. When I picked up my vehicle it was washed and ready to go. I dont normally write about places but this shop did a great job through and through.

Let me tell you, Baylon comes through AGAIN. Ive gone to Baylon a few times now, and will continue to go to Baylon for my automotive needs. You could tell when someone works hard, and makes an extra effort to get things right.
