I stop in here to get Chinese sausage freshly made. They also have other dried meats. If you like Chinese sausage go to this place. You wouldnt be disappointed.

Just bought over 20 pounds of sausages, preserved meat, etc.Good thing we brought along a cooler bag on wheel as we were taking bart from the south bay. A must stop every time we go to Chinatown.

There are very few shops that make them traditional Chinese sausage, dry duck leg, and dried pork belly. This is definitely a specialty shop in a favor of many elders. The shop is very tiny but there was a lot of people there when I went to pick up some Chinese sausages for my aunts. Aunts really really like the Chinese sausage and I found it delicious as well. I will be back to get more.

I learned about Mow Lee because My great grand parents who used to get the Chinese sausages as gift for our family.

This is a hole in the wall China town dried/preserved meat place. I was there with my wife to pickup things for my mother in law. Stuff she cant get in Texas. Im no judge of this type of food, but there was a line out the door, locals, and probably other suburb refugees like me, getting things for the holidays.

Classic chinese preserved meats and sausage vendor. They do it the traditional way and is one of the very few left around. Much better than what you get in the stores.

Best dried duck legs, pork belly, duck wings, gizzards and more. Great for chinese soup. They have be in business for 40 years.

I come here to buy sausage and bacon to bring back to my family in Los Angeles for Lunar New Year. The bacon is amazing, and youre not gonna find duck liver sausage anywhere else. I always buy an extra few pounds for myself and freeze it.

Best Chinese Sausage. Im from out of state and this is a must buy every time Im in San Francisco.

A poultry butcher / drying shop thats easy to find. Right off the California 1 bus line.I bought 3 duck legs and 1 chicken leg. Im reconstituting the duck legs, so I can brown the skin. Saving the chicken for another day. The meat is dried like jerky and tastes like it too.Cash only!!
