I hate giving even 1 star. ZERO is more like it. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I called because our oven is still making the same noise it was when they 1st came out to repair it in February. They told me that I would have to pay them AGAIN because I didn’t call within the 60 days. I told them I had video proof that the over was making the noise on a certain date with a time stamp within the 60 days and told me I would still have to pay all over again. Even after paying double the price to have them service 2 appliances while out here on the same day. Horrible customer service, horrible policies and they’re out to make money no matter what their customers have been through. I had surgery and I have had a rough recovery and didn’t have time to have them come back out until now. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere. If you’re smart you will do the same!!!

They are the best ! Very knowledgeable and always happy to help. Turn around is always fast. Used them many times for myself and my parents.

We were having difficulties with our refrigerator/freezer and had Accurate Appliance Repair came out on a service call. It took a total of three visits (order part, follow up repair on issue), but they were responsive, professional and on the last call we had Peter Lomas come out and do an outstanding, thorough job on making sure we were good to go on our repair. We highly recommend Accurate Appliance Repair. We trust them fully with their knowledge, quality repair and customer service!

My stove needed a burner to be repaired, Peter Lomas came and provided me with amazing knowledge regarding my exact unit, including additional information regarding how to maintain/clean vent filter and burners. I was directed to Accurate Appliance via Samsung/Dacor for warranty service work. Accurate Appliance requested pictures of the part to replace in order to save time. After calling weeks later to Samsung I was informed that the part had already was shipped out. I had to reach out to Accurate (after xmas) which declined that they received them because of the holiday- however it was delivered on the 17th and they failed to contact me. I set up an appointment for them to come out. They not only had the wrong part saving time, they had the wrong color. The technician did not even have my model or information that was sent by Dacor. Now two months after making my ticket- they were claiming that I needed a unit replacement by the manufacture. They called the next day with Dacor on the phone to confirm sending the information in. I followed up three weeks later to check on the status and Accurate Appliance reported that they were declining to take the job due to my location. I was not informed and at this point I had to start all over with Samsung. I am extremely disappointed at the time I completely wasted with lazy customer service trying to save time with pictures and lack of communication. They had my address since day one and knew the location.

Service was fast, everyone friendly and technician was very professional and worked very hard to solve our issue which he did. Very reasonable in price.

Fast response for scheduling, but was dismayed that they required cash/check payment at the time of service (wouldnt/couldnt take a credit card over the phone for the service call, despite the fact that our appliance service need was at our rental home 2000 miles away . . .) 🤔

Awesome service and used utilities, but never open when we go down, though we understand the necessity for adhering to safety standards, we are in Hopes that the owners are able to meet the publics needs (- plus we were seeking a new refrigerator this round, and thru do not offer new appliances, only used.)

Wow! Fast, on-time and friendly. I had four appliances that needed fixing and all were masterfully fixed. From now on, I will only call Accurate Appliance Repair for dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, stove and oven. Both Peter and David took the time to answer my questions patiently and without judgement. I am grateful!

If I could give a negative star I would. Repair technicians are highly educated guessers. Second time I have had them to my home and both times they misdiagnosed the issue. First with a refrigerator, then microwave. My refrigerator took them 3 visits, finally whirlpool just ended up replacing the unit. Had them come out to repair a microwave, said it was the exhaust fan. Had the fan shipped to my home because they couldn’t fit me in to their schedule, YouTube how to install, and shocking surprise the microwave did the same thing, arcing sound with a burning smell. Called the company, manager/owner, said I voided the warranty because I installed myself. Sorry, the part wasnt bad the diagnosis was. Said I could bring it in and have a technician look at it, HAH. No thanks, I will be getting my money back and would advise people to stay away unless you like paying double and triple for repairs.

My husband and I have tried calling this company multiple times in the last few days because they are the only company in the area who handles warranty work for Frigidaire and I havent gotten a return call.

Mr. Lomas went out of his way to drive an hour to our home and to repair our subzero after another repairman did shoddy work. He quickly found the problem, repaired and replaced parts and charged us a fraction of what the previous repairman had. The five month nightmare we had been enduring was reversed in moments! We only wish we had found Mr. Lomas in the beginning!

Best appliance repair company Ive ever worked with.

Absolutely a joke of a company. It took three phone calls and setting two appointments to get them to our house after telling them what the problem was over the phone. The guy sat on the floor and listened to the dishwasher for 10 minutes and told us exactly what we told them and then charged us $133.44 just for coming out to tell us what we already knew. I would never recommend them to anyone... EVER!
